I will agree that the base is somewhat flimsy and light. I live outside the city of Chicago I could never put this outside the wind and the snow would knock it over in a heartbeat. These are a great addition to my Christmas decor. I was disappointed that numerous bulbs fell off when taking it out of the box. Idk if that's a product defect or shipping issue (the box was in good condition). The remaining bulbs work. The base is also not as gold as is shown in the item description, it's more aged looking (black and gold) I would have preferred a more solid gold base, but it's fine. I planned on adding my own additional lights and decor anyway so it will work fine for me ... show more

The 4ft. size tree is a perfect size for our small porch. The lights are symmetrically placed which enhances the trees elegance at night. ✨ We didn't use the pot it came with because it's very light weight; we're thinking of mixing up some cement in summer, turning pot upsidedown & pouring some underneath. If the pot cracks from the expansion of cement, so it be. (We had a very durable pot to use instead which gave the tree more height). $28-$33 dollars for this tree is the max we'd pay, considering the pot it came with is not sturdy enough. ... show more

Cute little trees that are great for inside a window or outside on the porch. The lights aren’t strung very well and seem to all be down the middle on one of the trees but overall it’s a cute tree.
