I spent probably 5+ hours looking at every single faux cypress and cedar garland to try and find the most realistic one for the best price, and this one was exactly what I hoped for! It lays SO realistically. Could be used on a mantle but because of the way it lays, it makes it so easy to use a lot of different ways. One branch looks great but you would want 2 of them for a mantle. For other spots you could get away with one. Didn’t smell strongly and was ready to be used right out of the box. Also stayed together - I messed with them a lot trying different spots and didn’t loose a single stem/leaf etc. Coloring is very realistic. I will be buying more!!

Took away one star because I feel some of the photos are false advertising. It is definitely not that full. The photo on the white railing, over the window, and the ones where it’s just kind of curled up are pretty accurate, but the others are misleading. Other than that, I do like it a lot and I think it looks good even being less full. Obviously it looks somewhat fake, because 1) it IS fake, and 2) it was not super expensive as far as garlands go. But for a faux garland it’s nice! Much better than the classic, sort of papery pine “needles.” It is not easily shaped - it’s a floppier style - but I was still able to arrange it how I wanted. I didn’t like the lights but didn’t plan to use them anyway.

There is almost no way to see that these are not real, except for the fact there aren't any bare spots or droppings all over. Yes, like many thousands, I ordered these for Christmas decor, but think they will work for table runners for weddings or other type receptions. The lights require 3 AA batteries, and have 9 different settings from sequence flashing to fades or solid on. The price point on the garland is not cheap, but these are not cheaply made garlands, and I bought 5 sets to replace the cheaply made garlands we have used in the past. The review boxes include one for Scent, but I detect none. To me that is a plus as there are many different scents already fighting for smelly supremacy. Not sure it is an intended feature, but sometimes - when I am thinking I should get up and turn the lights on... they come on all by themselves. True story. Also, the

Photo 1: good product Photo 2: horrible product I bought this product twice, the first one I would rate 5/5 and it arrived quickly. You can tell they ran into some issue where they had to pick the “other factory” cause the second that arrived was horrible quality, ugly, and had the foul smell that people are talking about in the review. And I mean FOUL. It’s not just a smell disgusting plastic smell, it reeks and makes me sick, it emanates from this crap. So my warning to buyers you could be lucky and get the nice cedar garland. You will know it’s nice because it has a weight to it and silicone feel. The bad quality one is the darker green, hard but extremely lightweight plastic. It look like pine or fir rather than cedar too so it’s not even the right tree. I’m so annoyed.

I bought this fro Christmas decor in Dec 2022 and wrapped this around our staircase bannister. Believe it or not, it looks real! When you take it out of the package it is a bit crumpled up and smushed, but when you take the time to unfurl it and shape how you want it looks like actual pine garland. The benefit of this is that there are no dead needles on the ground and you can use again and again every year. You can even add in some pine essential oil to make it seem every more real. At 6ft, I got two garlands to cover my 10 ft banister. I wanted to wrap it around a few times and let it drape down at the end as well. The lights are also great. The string is fairly invisible which helps it seem like the lights are just floating inside the pine versus thick cord. There are also multiple light settings, we chose one that was a dimming on and off which was subtle on the eyes. And the light box that contains the settings is clear so it blends in well and you can hide it in or behind the garland. I like that it's battery operated so you can set it on a stairwell or table without having to plug it in. This was my husbands favorite Christmas decoration this year and we might just end up buying more next season too. Good news is we can reuse it year after year as well! I had a few guests who even asked me if it was real or not, so trust me when I say it does not look fake at all!

I bought two of these garlands to put on my stairs. Pros: They drape well They don't look real but also don't look too fake if that makes sense. Cons: They are a bit oily feeling when you touch them. I got two of these and one garland came with brighter lights than the other. So the quality is different. I don't know if I read the description wrong but I was expecting the lights to be attached and they weren't. They are also not as full as the picture looks.

The media could not be loaded. This garland was a showstopper on my fireplace mantel! It instantly elevated the space and became the focal point of my holiday decorations. I received countless compliments on it throughout the season, and it really created a warm and inviting atmosphere in our living room. While the garland was beautiful on its own, I decided to take it a step further and pair it with another garland for added volume and texture. This layering technique really made the mantel pop and created a truly luxurious look. I loved experimenting with different textures and colors to find the perfect combination. Now, thanks to this fabulous garland, I can't wait for the holiday season to come around again! I'm brainstorming as to where else I can add this combination throughout my house!
