I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to get a nice artificial tree. I am so pleased that I did not. I can't imagine one being much better than this one. It looks beautiful, and as good as a real tree, but without the crooked trunk and the holes! It came out of the box easily, fit together firmly and while it took some time (1.5 hour or a little more) to "fluff" it, it was pretty easy to do. Thanks to the tip from another reviewer I made sure I paid attention to the branches closest to the trunk and pointed some of those inward and upward. Otherwise, I started from the bottom, doing one tier at a time. Whoever designed this mimicked the growth of a real tree pretty successfully so on each branch I just started closest to the trunk and work outwards spreading out each little branch as they naturally occur. After the bottom tier I spread the branches out horizontally-- fanning them. As the tiers rose, everything fell into place. I have a beautiful tree with no holes or bare spots. It measures the full 7.5 feet high and 57 inches wide, as promised. I had no falling needles or broken branches. The tree seems solid in its stand and sturdy enough to last a long time, but time will tell. Now it's on with the lights! Couldn't be more happy with my first artificial tree. ... show more

It’s very easy to assemble. Manufacturer recommended 2 hours fluffing. I spent more like 4-6 hours. Get your favorite drink and start at the bottom. I fluffed over one evening and decorated the next day. It’s a sturdy little tree. My 5 year old was playing in and under it as I I decorated with no concerts of it falling. I have some very heavy ornaments, including crystals. I was pleased to find the limbs could hold the weight. There were enough boughs to use 2 for heaviest ornaments without creating gaps. We’ve always used real trees. Don’t expect Balsam Hill quality at this price. It’s a fake tree and you will know it. There are a few gaps but nothing I could complain about for under $200. If you’re looking for a good quality tree on a budget this is a great one. I expect it to last 2-4 seasons. After that we will get a Balsam Hill to last 10 seasons but $600-1000 tree was out of our budget this year. I’d definitely recommend this tree. Again, you need to be patient and fluff. Twist the limbs to give them more rounded bristles. I expect next year to be easier. The longer you use this tree the easier I expect it to fluff. ... show more

This year we bought a new house and needed a bigger tree to fill the space. We decided to invest in a pricier tree instead of the cheapy 6’ ones we’d get at the big w. The only reason I decided to order a Xmas tree from Amazon without first seeing it in person is because of the return policy they have. I figured if it wasn’t fluffy enough, I’d just return it. Well I’m going to rerun it, but NOT because it’s not fluffy. I’ll be upgrading from this 7.5’ tree to the 9’ tree. These trees are beautiful and just the right amount of fluff and width. I’ve already received my 9’ tree and now can’t wait till next Xmas to put it up!!! Lol ... show more

The tree was realistic which is what I was looking for. It was easy to set up., but when I was shaping it, 2 little end branches broke off. (So shape gently) The only down fall really was the top of tree couldn’t hold my angel or even a star. I even bent down the top piece to make it more sturdy, but that still didn’t hold them, so I had to put a flimsy bow on it instead. (The top needs to be sturdier) ... show more

I read reviews that said if you put in the work, it will be worth the money, and while it's not the most expensive tree, for $150 I wanted it to look nice. That said, it took about an hour maybe just over an hour, to fluff and open out into a tree however I tried to make it look as real as possible, closing any visible holes, which took forever. I did find a total of four little branch wires that didn't get any pineneedles, but it didn't affect the aesthetic of the tree, I just tucked them in so the kids wouldn't get poked during decorating (so look out for those). I feel like the 7.5 foot tree was perfect fullness and overall value. Also the very top tall little branch isn't strong enough to hold any tree topper on its own so I folded it up and stuffed it into the topper ... show more

I Bought this 9 ft. tree on Black Friday. I read the reviews before purchasing. I feel I got an incredible deal for such a full tree! The tree was very easy to assemble, however very time consuming to fluff out. It took me around 90 minutes by myself, I'm sure it would be much quicker with some help. I have only ever had a live tree; so this is my first fake tree. I personally did not want a pre-lit tree because the lights have a tendency to go out in sections after a few years (per friends). I am really picky about my trees and like a lot of lights. On this 9ft. tree I put 350 C7 lights on. If i had to guess, I'd say I put about 200 ornaments on it. I am happy with this tree purchase. I will update this review if tree sheds a lot or does not hold up to my expectations. :) ... show more

The tree we were replacing was old and loosing it “needles” line crazy. This tree went up easily although it was a little tricky when putting the lights on (we like a lot of lights and put them on in the inside of the tree as well as on the outer branches. We usually get a real tree, BUT when we walked into a tree lot and a Charlie Brown tree was 120.00 bucks, I said this is the year we go artificial. I bought this on black Friday ( Amazon deal) Super easy to fluff and make full, you just have to know how to do it by pulling the "branches" down and pulling out all the sprigs.
