It’s sturdy and the paint is nice. I was looking at a similar one from West Elm but this is just as nice and much much cheaper. This company is west elm dupes at IKEA prices. The assembly was smooth and everything fit. I recommend this little side table.

Beautiful. Heavy. Easy to put together. Love it I put a modern acrylic clock on it, a black metal lamp and two aqua and light blue vases and it slowed off everything beautifully. Love the table. However, as I am assembling it, 1 screw won’t go into the top (which is the last part) I look on the other side of the table and there’s a pin nail going through the place the screw goes. 🫤 The other 5 went in effortlessly. The rest of the table came together really well and it feels sturdy without that one screw. Hopefully 5/6 is ok and this was over engineered. This is my first Nathan James furniture and I chose it because of the good review. I’d still give it 4.5/5 stars tho. The finish is also really nice and close to the online pics. I still feel it was worth the purchase and to be honest, I didn’t not have high expectations for Amazon furniture (even with good reviews). So, I’m still pleased. ... show more

This arrived extremely well packaged, and no damage to the item. There was so much Styrofoam inside and around everything that it would be nearly impossible to dent it. Assembly was straightforward, put the legs on, put the bottom on, slide the drawers in. Solid wood, as far as I could tell.
