No safety seal equals spilled into packaging. All of it. Received a nice smelling Amazon package with an empty bottle and spray pump (two separate pieces in the bag-completely disconnected). You’d think the Amazon guy would notice the package was dripping and/or his truck smelled like Nasty Critter.
