This is product I ordered, but it came damaged. The lipstick is loose, so I have to be careful every time I open it that it doesn't fall out and the tip of the lipstick was smashed against the lid. However the color is a BEAUTIFUL red and is long-lasting

This is my favorite color for every day wear. Initially purchased retail but decided to reorder via Amazon. As soon as I opened the entire stick fell out of the lipstick container. I tried to salvage by outing it back inside. Then when using, it cracked and crumbled, like it is old. It eventually fell out in the sink, at work, in the hospital so I was unable to save it or return it. I want my money back ... show more
