The media could not be loaded. VERY hard to assemble. Instructions are bad and you realize soon that it’s hard to assemble cause all roller guides are right hand and all say RH (which proves it). 30+ year engineer assembling it so it’s not us. Tried making it work. Drawers that are in won’t go in without almost standing on it and then won’t open without strong strong yanking which creates tipping. Bought the same from another brand and was hard to assemble but works beautifully. Drawers roll open smooth as silk. I can’t return this cause it’s not in its original packaging. How would I do that anyway? Disassemble and try to get back in packaging? No way. Unless you took pics of how it was packed before you unboxed? So it’s a $100 loss. I did contact seller so hopefully they will help. ... show more

I'll start with - after I got it assembled, I am satisfied with the product. I think it's a good product for the price I paid for it. When I first opened the package and started to assemble it, I found that there was a mix up on the parts - 1 bag of screws was missing and another bag was doubled up. I contacted the vendor and they were quick to apologize and offer me a partial refund for me to buy the missing parts locally. I asked if they could give me specs on the missing part and they were unable to provide the information, so instead they upped the refund portion and I accepted their offer. After I got the missing screws I proceeded to assemble the cabinet and I thought the rails in the box were incorrect so I became flustered and angry and canceled the order. But right after that I was looking at the instructions and saw that the rails I thought were incorrect were used on another step. So that's why I said on the headline to review all instructions/materials before starting assembly. The instructions are not great but they do give you what you need to get the product assembled properly. I like the product and I'm glad I looked at the instructions again instead of packing it up and sending it back. ... show more

I didn't purchase this item for heavy use. I needed it to keep laser checks separate for multiple companies, and it works well for that purpose. It is functional and relatively attractive. However, it is a bit wobbly when you place the casters on it, and I'm afraid that if I used it more heavily than I do, it wouldn't last long. It was fairly easy to assemble, though the pieces don't fit together perfectly and the finished product doesn't operate quite as smoothly as one might expect. The drawers open fine, but in order to close them again, you have to apply pressure downward and to the right. I chose this option because it was, I felt, more reasonably priced than it's metal counterparts, which run upwards of $1,000. But be aware of what you are buying - like so many other things, you get what you pay for. As the title says, it's decent. It's not great, it's not horrible, it's somewhere in between. ... show more

As they say, you get what you pay for and this item is not worth the money I spent. Assembly was fine except the drawer rails would not fit well. I had to clamp sides lightly to get railes in. Drawers do not fit well and two drawers would not go in as the drawers would hit the drawer above it. Ya, all this is fixable but should have to do it. I would send it back for refund but it's as much trouble to take it apart as it was to assemble it. I don't recommend it. I have bought other cabinets similiar and they fit together very well, not this one. ... show more

Great value, solid piece, looks great. It definitely takes some time to put together. Would recommend to read over instructions a few time before starting to assemble…even better if you another person to help…two heads are always better than one😄. Tools are provided but if you have electric screwdriver would most definitely recommend! ... show more
