Great dresser
Color: Black
I absolutely love this drawer! It was beautiful and sturdy. I bought it as a gift for my sister and she is obsessed. Very professional looking and completes the look. The only problem was that it was very time consuming to assemble. Between my sister and her boyfriend, it took them 2 hours. Parts were easy, but you had to assemble it manually, no power tools. Other than that it was great. ... show more

Lackluster in every sense
Color: White
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this cabinet to store my children’s art supplies in it. I considered a less expensive plastic version, but wanted it to go with my home decor so I went with this more expensive version. The assembly took much longer than I expected and I am a reasonably handy person. Once assembled, the drawers would not stay in their tracks because one of the sides of the cabinet bowed out. After three or four times of my child opening the drawer and it literally falling on their toes, I decided this was not the caliber of product I wanted in my home. I contacted the seller to start the process of making this situation right. They asked that I upload videos to Amazon because they could not understand the problem when I sent them pictures. Turns out, Amazon does not allow video content to be uploaded for this type correspondence. They eventually sent a prepaid shipping label for me to box the contraption up and send back to them. However, they require it to be in the original packaging. Why would I keep the original packaging? And how in the world would I be expected to actually disassemble and packaged this back into the original packaging? That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. I have already wasted so much time on this contraption. I might as well just burn it. ... show more

No instructions included
Color: White
No instructions included. Excited to get the cabinet. Then open everything, lay it all out and no instruction. Very frustrating. Once I got it figured out, put together it works perfect for my space.

Exactly what I wanted for the price, but a few minor drawbacks
Review Image by Lisa
Took me HOURS to put two of these together, but by the time I was done, I was able to adjust each of the drawers on the first try, which was the fiddliest bit. Considering that it took me until the 10th drawer to get good at it, this may say more about me than about the product. My husband refused to touch them, which is fine (I prefer not to have someone watch what I do and say things like "Are you sure that's how you're supposed to do that?" 😄). All that said, I'm very pleased with the product, the two chests contained all my art supplies, and I have a boatload. I did have to get drawer organizers, and it would have been even more wonderful if these came with them, but for this price, and extremely happy with them. They're the size they said they'd be, each piece is reasonably solid, and if you keep your touch fairly light turning the screws and installing the drawer mechanisms, they go together quite well. A battery-operated screwdriver or small drill with a screwdriver bit is highly recommended, because there are a LOT of pieces to put together. The drawers alone are five wood pieces and two drawer slides, plus the two matching slides installed in the body. Two things - Even with all the drawers out, they're not tippy, although I wouldn't have someone stand on them or anything... and two, the reason for that is that the drawers only come out about halfway, as you can see in the image I've posted. While you have the storage space, you won't be able to SEE it all, but you will be able to use it. Doesn't bother me any, but worth noting. ... show more

For the price a solid piece furniture
Great value, solid piece, looks great. It definitely takes some time to put together. Would recommend to read over instructions a few time before starting to assemble…even better if you another person to help…two heads are always better than one😄. Tools are provided but if you have electric screwdriver would most definitely recommend! ... show more

Decent - Not great, not horrible, very middle of the road.
Color: Black
I didn't purchase this item for heavy use. I needed it to keep laser checks separate for multiple companies, and it works well for that purpose. It is functional and relatively attractive. However, it is a bit wobbly when you place the casters on it, and I'm afraid that if I used it more heavily than I do, it wouldn't last long. It was fairly easy to assemble, though the pieces don't fit together perfectly and the finished product doesn't operate quite as smoothly as one might expect. The drawers open fine, but in order to close them again, you have to apply pressure downward and to the right. I chose this option because it was, I felt, more reasonably priced than it's metal counterparts, which run upwards of $1,000. But be aware of what you are buying - like so many other things, you get what you pay for. As the title says, it's decent. It's not great, it's not horrible, it's somewhere in between. ... show more

A lot of Assembly required! Lots of little pieces
So difficult to put together and the drawers are super shallow! Poor quality. Hours on assembly!

Wrong parts. Can’t assemble. Can’t return
Color: White

The media could not be loaded. VERY hard to assemble. Instructions are bad and you realize soon that it’s hard to assemble cause all roller guides are right hand and all say RH (which proves it). 30+ year engineer assembling it so it’s not us. Tried making it work. Drawers that are in won’t go in without almost standing on it and then won’t open without strong strong yanking which creates tipping. Bought the same from another brand and was hard to assemble but works beautifully. Drawers roll open smooth as silk. I can’t return this cause it’s not in its original packaging. How would I do that anyway? Disassemble and try to get back in packaging? No way. Unless you took pics of how it was packed before you unboxed? So it’s a $100 loss. I did contact seller so hopefully they will help. ... show more
