My daughters slide broke within 8-9 days after we assembled it. And it was not simple to assemble some screws didn't fit well and then got stuck and stripped when we tried to remove it... So part of hwr bed just isnt put together. I paid for a warranty that i never received as well.

Overall, this is a pretty cool bed. That being said, the customization means that several pieces don’t have the pieces with predrilled holes. Also the holes on the left side of the slide were too large for the provided screws, requiring a trip to the garage for larger ones. I went ahead and predrilled the holes that were missing so that none of the wood would split. The whole assembly took something around 2-3 hours. They slide doesn’t seem super sturdy. It’s1/4 of melamine board with two supports underneath. I’m thinking about adding a couple of more supports in between so that my toddler doesn’t punch through it as she gets older. But, it’s overall a cool bed that is at a price point that’s well below most of the other beds this range. It’s worth it for the inconveniences of the install.

We have been using this bed only for a year for a kid who uses it gently, but the bed already feels like it’s about to fall apart and the slide already has cracks at the joints. For nearly $300, I would expect it to last a little longer. Wish I had invested the money into another brand because this one did not meet the expectation.

I was nervous about this purchase after seeing some reviews but I was able to put this together in 2-3 hours and the bed itself is cute and my 5 year old son loves it. Seems sturdy enough, I had to climb on it to put up the blinds (didn’t consider this before putting the bed together) and I (225lbs) did not fall through the bed nor destroy the ladder so I’d call that a success!

The bed is mostly great. Some of the prefilled holes are not straight and led to cracked boards. The side of the slide was made wrong and the vendor is saying they are unable to process a replacement piece even though they had me go through the process and forms to receive a replacement. They offered a small credit which is not enough to replace the slide. I would recommend checking all of the pieces for accuracy before beginning your assembly so that you can return the entire unit of there is an issue. Spent extra to give my child the slide bed for their bday and now there will be no way to assemble the slide portion. Very disappointed in this vendor.

I purchased this bed for my 7 year old daughter for our new apartment and she absolutely LOVES it! It was a surprise she didn’t know she was getting and I wanted to have it all assembled and ready to go by the time she came back from her vacation with her dad. My boyfriend and I assembled it in under 2 hours! It can get confusing sometimes because you’re able to assemble it in so many different configurations based on how you need the layout to be in your room, but it’s nothing we couldn’t figure out. The sturdiness is awesome (my daughter isn’t exactly the most petite 7 year old and it holds up great!) and she loves the slide! I’ve always had a hard time getting my daughter to sleep in her bed at night (especially since we moved into a new apartment), but she has slept in her own room and in her own bed about 95% of the time since we’ve gotten it! It’s literally a miracle worker! Lol would most definitely recommend.

My son loves this bed, it's his first "big boy bed" (he's 2 and a half years old) however putting it together, the materials are noticeably cheap. The wood split on two of the pieces that hold the bed together. It's a good price but not worth the worry of not knowing how strong it'll hold up. I'd look for higher quality options.
