I'm satisfied with the product overall, but I received the wrong length screws for attaching the desk to the bookshelf, which is disappointing. The seller's service was also disappointing. Initially, I thought everything would come in one shipment, but I was wrong. The first shipment contained the bookshelf and desk, but the bed and dresser were missing. After contacting the seller, they sent the loft bed three days later, still without the dresser. Even after emailing pictures for review, the issue persisted. The third shipment included another bookshelf and desk, but the dresser is still missing. It's frustrating and disappointing that they couldn't manage to ship three separate packages properly. I hope this feedback helps improve their customer service. Despite the difficulties, the product itself is easy to assemble and move around. The desk does have trouble sliding smoothly, but adjusting the screws might solve that. Overall, it's a suitable product for my 4-year-old daughter. ... show more

The instructions have less information than Ikea manuals. I hope you have an impact drill because I can't imagine trying to put this together without a power tool. The foot board came with a split and isn't flush to the leg when screwed together. My kids likes it and I'm happy enough to not go through the pain of a return, but for our other kid we bought the Bellemave Twin Loft Bed with storage. and I would really recommend that bed over this one. ... show more

Great bed, love the color and the extra touch of the chalk board. Is a little shorter than I expected. Slide is long and kids love putting their cars or themselves down it. Built it by myself and took about 2 hours

I opted to purchase this bed over a similar one due to the styling alone. This is a cheaply made bed. It will work for my toddler but I wouldn’t put person over 200lbs on it. The wood is hollow in areas, I attached a photo. I’m unsure how that will hold up long term. Overall the quality just lacks. Probably the main issue is that the drawers don’t work. I thought it was just cheaply made but after further inspection the drawer guides are all bend. It makes the drawers difficult to open and close. I’ll try to contact the manufacturer for new parts but I question if the issue is due to low quality parts that will bend easily. ... show more

Very happy so far with this purchase. It is pressed particular board, so pieces were a bit warp and had to be maneuvered carefully. Took my husband about 3 hours to assemble once he laid it all out and reviews the instructions. He is pretty adapt at assembly, he recommended a a set of of alley wrench’s for your drill, and not the ones supplied. Over all very happy and my daughter loves her clubhouse below. We did not put the bookshelves in as she likes it as for now. ... show more
