This is a great product. I already have one and bought another one because this company Forza Sports could not find the time to mail this to me. 12 days and counting. They already met the first time span and added more time. I tried to cancel to save them the hassle of dealing it it again when I return it, because I had to buy another one from some other more trusting company. Their rating is fixed just like the last several elections. Finally came today 14 days after purchase. It was bought from Forza Sports in Pa. I live in Ohio. I was beginning to think I had bought something from China because it took so long to get here. In matter of fact I just checked to make sure this was made in the USA. Also the series of pictures in the sales add is 2 different drink bottles. I bought this thinking that the lid was attached to the bottle like the other one I have and the one they show but it is not!!! I need to figure out where to rate this terrible company and give them a ZERO rating.

I bought the 4 oz bottle. Maybe I missed this, but I thought I would be getting a bottle with a blue cap, like what is pictured. However, it is a white bottle and cap. Not a big deal for me, but just wanted to point it out in case it mattered to someone. It works well and hasn’t leaked yet. However, it has a bit of a funky smell.

I love these bottles, but the small ones are very hard to find locally. I used to buy them at REI, but was happy to find them here. They're perfect for taking small quantities of liquids for travel. The bottles are tough and the lids won't flip open or spill in transit. In my opinion, the 4 oz. size is ideal. I've used it for my shampoo for years and it's never failed. Highly recommended.

This review in particular is for the teeny, one ounce size of Nalgene bottle. What makes this so good for the camp kitchen? * Nalgene bottles are made from non-reactive HPDE (Type 2) plastic that will not impart flavor or odor to your food or leach chemicals into them. * The caps seal so well on the bottles as to make them virtually leak-proof. This is a big deal when you are backpacking, or even car camping - you don't want your food or liquids spilling out into the rest of your gear. * These bottles are tough. I've been using some of mine for almost 30 years now, and none have ever failed, broken, or leaked. While light, they are reasonably thick walled and can take a fair amount of abuse. * In my opinion, these are the best lightweight containers on the market. Who wants to take a partially-filled glass bottle of olive oil for cooking with them in their backpack? Get the right size of container that you want for your cooking liquids: soy sauce, oil, maple syrup, etc. and pack them with confidence. Not so much an issue with car camping, but if you are packing gear in on your back, these light and durable containers are the way to go. * Versatility - pick the size that's right for your need. When you are done, they can be cleaned and re-used for anything else. The tiny 1 oz. size works well for me when I want to bring along salt/pepper, garlic powder, or other powdered seasoning. It also works very well as a waterproof container for matches. Larger sizes work well for olive oil, maple syrup, etc. I even use slightly larger sizes, such as the 8 oz. size, for dry goods like rice or pancake mix. Some things lend themselves to small 'zip-lock' baggies, but for anything else, I use these. An additional bonus is that these will last practically forever if you take care of them, reducing the amount of trash produced from packaging. Highly recommended!

I have used Nalgene bottles for many years for hiking and camping. They are durable, leak proof and odor free. These bottles are just like the ones I remember. My previous ones lasted nearly 35 years and these look just as good!

I bought some of these for my dog to carry in her backpack for longer hikes. 2x 8 ounce and 2x 4 ounce. I put one on each side along with her collapsible water bowls. The 8 ounce versions work best and hasn't leaked at all despite being sideways in her backpack the entire time. She's 65 lbs and has no trouble carrying them. I wish they had 10 or 12 ounce versions because those would work even better, but they provide enough water to cover a couple breaks along the way. The 4 ounce versions might work well for a smaller dog. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

I use these bottles to take shampoo and body wash while traveling. I prefer these to finding travel bottles less than 3.1oz at the store. With that I’m dependent upon what is available and have to hope the bottle does not leak. With these small Nalgene bottles, I can take my preferred brands of shampoo, body wash, etc. and know they will not leak.
