Love the taste of this. It is much better tasting than the vegan version. Texture is smooth and not at all grainy. Blends well even when mixed with other ingredients. It creates a great and filling shake.

Where to start... 1. The Price It's a very expensive powder and, if the serving size of 7 scoops is to be believed and followed, this massive tub is not going to last you very long. 2. Mixability It doesn't mix. Straight up, if you don't have a blender this will never mix, and even then I doubt it'd mix properly if you did use one. Normal shakers, Blender bottles, electric whisks, nothing I tried ever made this mix properly. You will have clumps in this and it will foam like crazy. 3. Taste Not great. If you're like me and don't really want to mix anything else into one of these things, the taste is either bland or bad depending on just how clumped the powder ended up. If this wasn't bad enough, a recent study has shown that this is chock full of lead, like twice as much as a prior study's worst offender. I wouldn't be surprised if that's how its calorie count is so high. So yeah, maybe just... don't.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Lots of protein and other goodies for the price.....! Health benefits: As an older guy who does weight exercises twice a week, need to supplement my protein and also because of diet changes to minimise unnecessary weight gain, the supplement is ideal.

Tastes great, doesn’t leave you bloated. Dissolves easily Great smell too, I got vanilla. Great quality ingredients and a large size. I blend mine with 2% milk and it works great and tastes great. This stuff WORKS! I’ve been very skinny my whole life, for reference about 5’7” and typically was around 103lbs. I struggled so many times trying to gain weight but it just wouldn’t hold, until I got this product. Late 2024 I was 103 pounds and I bought this in Feb 2025. Today I was 121 which I’ve never seen on the scale before! Besides how well it works, it actually does taste good too. I can’t speak for the other flavors but I really like the vanilla and it isn’t grainy either. Best way to avoid chunks/graininess I found was to shake vigorously and then I always let my shake sit for 5-10 minutes before drinking and it’s very smooth. Thank you to this company !

The good: I’ve been cutting the serving size in half, and I’m lifting heavier weights than I ever had with just taking regular protein powder post workout. I can’t imagine what I’d be lifting if I took the full 4 scoops. I will definitely be ordering this again. The bad: I got vanilla and it tastes blah. It almost tastes like a root beer float, but not in a good way. If you mix chocolate protein powder with it, it’ll taste better. I’m going to try chocolate next for sure Update: chocolate tastes much better
