For a Mattress in a box it doesn’t get better than this! I have decided it was not gonna write a review for several weeks or months, but I have to say this mattress is impressive. It was folded up in a box, and when I cut it loose it just filled up the entire bed immediately . It is absolutely 10 inches thick and for a hybrid. It’s really bouncy which my grandson loves. Overall, this seems like a very good product for the price. However, I cannot give this product five stars because it did arrive slightly damaged. As shown in the photos there were several spots where it looked like the plastic had torn slightly, and at least one where that had caused a rip in the fabric of the mattress. The mattress was just delivered today, so I will update this review once it has had time to finish expanding. Update: I still can’t update this review to 5 stars, because that does not seem right given the fact that it arrived with rips in the fabric. It does look like that might’ve happened during shipping, however, so I don’t believe that it had anything to do with the seller or the way they sent this product. After having waited for the mattress to fully expand and sleeping on it a few times I can say that I would absolutely purchase this product again. I feel like it was a great price and has been supportive. It is a little on the firm side so some people may want to pick up a mattress pad to put on top, but for me it was just right. ... show more

Update as of Feb 2023- the seller/manufacturer did respond and honor the warranty. They sent me a new mattress so only time will tell if the second mattress does not start to sag. I want to say they were very responsive and I appreciate the manner they upheld their warranty. Update- Took the picture with the coverlet on so you can see the sag- it’s hard to see when looking at the white mattress but after only 2 months it’s sagging in the center. I can’t return a fully expanded mattress so I’m stuck with a mattress that has a droopy center. Again I bought this in November and it’s January and it’s not even the primary mattress in our house! Very disappointed. I’m hoping seller / manufacturer will make this right! ————————/ Needed to upgrade our guest room to a king setup and I was looking for a comfortable but economical option. Must have looked at over 50 options before selecting this brand. The mattress expanded in about 48 hours and seems to be very good quality. It is firm but comfortable. ... show more

I never write reviews on here, but I am so impressed with this mattress that I just had to! It filled out to its full form from the box in less than 12 hours. No box spring needed. I have permanent back issues from a car accident I got into some years ago and I have yet to notice any back pain when I wake up (and I've had this mattress for 2 weeks now). It is soft yet somewhat firm so I don't sink completely into it. The only complaint I really have is that by the time I wake up, I'm usually really hot. But I'm not sure if it's the mattress or just me. This is the first mattress I have EVER bought for myself so I was extremely skeptical about ordering one online. But I knew it was cheaper than going to a store. I am so glad I bought this mattress! Most restful sleep I've had in years!! ... show more

I got a 10 inch pillow top mattress and it feels great. It has a nice firmness but still soft and it fully expanded to 10 inches. I was skeptical about ordering a bed from Amazon because of it coming in a box.
