I really like this combination lock and got it specifically to use for my locker at my gym. Following the instructions was easy enough, and setting my passcode was not difficult at all. Changing the passcode is very easy also, as long as you follow the few steps. This lock has a tactical, rugged look to it, so right off the bat, it looks tough and sturdy. If someone was really trying to break into it, it wouldn't be too hard to do, since the casing is actually made out of plastic and not metal. Lock cutters wouldn't have too much of an issue cutting through it, but I do like how the padlock is thicker metal than an average combo lock. This lock works well at my gym and I have no issues locking or unlocking it, and I don't see any rust forming on it either. I do wish it came in different color options, because so many people use black locks, but I suppose that is the standard. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars for its functionality and strength. I recommend it if you're looking for an easy combo lock to operate, while looking tougher than it really is.

This lock is very well-made, and it is very sturdy. I used this when I went to travel and lock the safety cabinet to put valuable stuff. However you need to be careful because I had it some how reset the password when I re locked it, and didn't know the knew password, and had to break the lock. But the lock was very strong that it was not easy to break. So if you are careful with the password, you are good with the strong lock.

The NAGE PadLocks are a good mid-range lock for convenient use. The main positive element is the easy-to-adjust-easy-to-read entry code window. The construction of these locks is a good design, but it has it`s limitations. The Steel shank is good quality... But the thickness of it would not withstand too much attention from a set of bolt cutters. The Zinc casing likewise, would not withstand much punishment from a stout hammer. Personally; my use is as an inside lock to our backyard fence gates. The fence is 6 feet high, so if an intruder wants to climb over that fence--and brave the attentions of our two Labradors (Butch & Sundance)-- they can take a whack and a crack at the NAGE Locks, with hammer or bolt cutters.... .....If they live long enough. For the money, these are very good locks for basic use. (Oh--and Labradors?...PRICELESS!) I will update this review with any further observations made over time.

This lock will be used at the gym for short durations on the bathroom lockers. It seems to function properly so far. I certainly wouldn't trust this to lock up my bike or other equipment but it should work fine for short term usage as I intended. It is more of a visual deterrent. If someone has lock cutters, this is probably an easy cut.
