I am sure there are some of you wondering if this actually helps your energy levels. Well I’ve been using it for about a month and a half now. Obviously taken right after breakfast and I am thoroughly impressed by the reasonable bump in energy! I’ve used caffeine, energy drinks, supplements etc for extra energy and this is by far the cleanest feeling. Compliments your body. My skin looks much better as far as color too. Like I turned up the saturation slightly. Yeah it’s a bit expensive but it’s got the reservatol and very good quality. Plus it actually works and doesn’t upset your stomach!

I have to divide the dose as I get a niacin flush from the full dose. I do notice a small surge in energy about a half hour after taking the supplement, like a couple of cups of coffee without the jitters. A lot of reported benefits to this supplement, it is one I won't be without.
