Took it out on its maiden voyage yesterday on a large busy lake. My group had a fishing kayak a sport kayak and a 16ft catamaran and then my paddle board. The board was super easy to set up. The most difficult aspect was getting to 15psi but doable and important. I’m 230lbs so I wanted to be sure it was stable. I carried it to the water and got on. I’ve never used a paddle board before but I was able to sit easily and do knees easily. Standing… no so much but that was a reflection of me and not the boat. My friends decided to go over a mile across open water to one of the lakes islands and beach at a cove. It handled the wakes of large boats relatively easy while sitting , would not advise standing for that. I would suggest that if you plan to sit or kneel to maybe bring a double sided oar vs the one in the set. I used the one in the set and it worked but wasn’t easy. I just pretended it was double sided. On the way back we over shot our boat landing and got lost but thankfully our friend had the sail boat and I had two dRing bungee cords with me. So he towed us back and the paddle board had zero issue. At one point a friend capsized her kayak and ended tipping me over while I tried to help her back in ( we were far from land). We both were able to get onto my paddle board then lift her kayak out of water to remover water then it was towed back while empty and she sat with me. All in all super strong and durable and at no time felt like an inflatable. Once on land took less than 5 min to pack back up. I suggest having a key or something strong and pointed to push down the release on the fin. Also what’s awesome is the bag is roomy enough that you aren’t struggling to zip closed. It’s perfect and well worth the investment

Generally, the research online showed that beginners looking for inflatable SUP boards should go for the following: 1) A board that is 10-11' long, 6" thick, and around 32" wide. 2) Weight limits consider what you may carry on your board (ex. yourself, a large dog, equipment). 3) Accessories that match your needs (ex. bag, pump, oar, D-rings for additional straps or kayak seat) 4) Price point of $350 or less This product came with everything that was on my checklist (high weight capacity for my dogs and ice chest, D-rings for kayak seat attachment, ankle strap, pump). The board felt pretty stable even in choppy water and it had plenty of space for me and two huskies. The fin has a slide-in lock, which I do not like very much. If you are going in lakes or rivers with lots of vegetation or sand banks, you may lose your fin. (The slide-in lock is meant to be a quick-release mechanism, but that also means you are likely to lose it quickly as well.) I actually lost my fin the first time I took my board out even after securing it in place. The good news is that Nacatin was quick to respond to my concerns about the fin and replaced it immediately. In the future, I think I will opt for a board that has a different fin attachment.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect beginner river SUP. I'm a river rat so my review is mainly for using this SUP on moving water. First off, if you want to paddle rivers with swift shallow spots through rocks and rapids do not install the center fin. It is too long and will get caught up in rocks. All in all this SUP is extremely stable. While I still sit down or kneel through rapids that should change soon. I just want to feel extra save through shallow fast water. I much prefer this SUP over kayaks and tubes. It's not really comparable with my canoe. My main worry was that it would feel unstable due to being inflatable and I was worried it would pop dragging over log jams and rocks but I was mistaken. It's so sturdy. Highly recommend.

so much fun and easy to use! at first when i got it i thought the gauge of the pump was broken, but it wasn’t! so make sure when you’re pumping it to pump it ALL the way to make sure the gauge works. and once it gets to 3 PSI, in plug the red bit on the pump to easily pump it to 12-15 PSI. i’ve never paddle boarded before and this seems like an easy starting board in my opinion. i can stand on it and paddle for hours, it’s so relaxing and fun! i’m a small women 5ft2in and can easily cary, pump up, and pack out this board no issues at all. i’ve only had it for a week and i’ve taken it on the lake almost everyday since with no issues. the extras it came with are super useful and i’m happy i didn’t have to buy them separately. overall i’m very happy and hope this last me years :)

It's kind of heavy if you're packing it up hill or windy, but overall great. I take my dog with me and her nails don't pop it. Very sturdy for being inflatable. I love the waterproof accessories it came with. Also, I recommend buying an automatic air pump for this. It's a workout to pump up manually. Overall, I love it. Wish i would have purchased sooner!
