I would give this product negative stars if I could. If you have imagined a fraudulent company, this one is the face of that! Congratulations! You ACTUALLY did something right! So let me tell you about this piece of crap product I got. I spent money on it, it arrived, one of the pieces was put in backwards (because clearly you all can produce this product correctly). Good job manufacturers! So when I tried to call customer service to get help, I was essentially told "sorry, we can't help you, go talk to Amazon" - seriously? What is Amazon going to do to help me with YOUR issue? So fast forward, the product is crap, we tried to send it back, and this company refused to respond to us until after the timeframe was over - THEN I was given the name of a place to send this product to in California (I live in Florida) - however, this company we were told to send this product to told us they don't deal with crap items from China and this company is notorious for providing bad information to get customers to waste money. When we tried to go back to this company to get the correct information, we were ignored again! Please don't waste your money - or if you want to waste your money, go buy a pet, it will do far more for you than this product or this company. Or maybe go throw money into a river - far more productive and still a waste of money. Do not fall for this crap trap of a company. PS - still waiting on my refund. ... show more
