WOW why didn't I try these My Pillow Percale sheets sooner!! I had always heard that Egyptian Cotton sheets were the bees knees so I of course, that's what I purchased. But they seemed almost too soft and too warm and sort of clingy. After reading up on the differences between the My Pillow sheets, I decided Percale was probably what I was really after. I got my first pair of Percale four months ago and I'm back today for a second set. I'm sold. The Percale are crisp & cool and the perfect weight and I actually look forward to sleeping in these Percale sheets every night. These are the sheets of my child hood!!! No more Egyptian Cotten. P.S. I’m very happy with the MyPillow original pillows, so I really wanted to like these sheets. These are the stiffest, most wrinkly sheets I’ve ever seen. They have all the softness and comfort of a burlap sack. We starched and pressed our sheets in the army, but never achieved this level of crispness. The sheets are oversized, so they will not stay tucked in. My original MyPillows will only fill about 3/4 of these pillow cases, which means that they’re always moving around inside the cases and getting twisted up. Sleeping in these sheets reminded me of a time when I was stranded overnight. I took shelter in an abandoned barn, where I spent the night wrapped up in some old roofing felt. I have decided to keep these sheets for my guest bedroom. My hope is to convince overnight visitors that they really would be more comfortable in a hotel. ... show more
