I gave this skirt 4 stars because one the tassels fell off when it putting it on. I don't feel this skirt is long lasting or that it can be washed successfully with everything still in tact. BUT it is a really cute skirt!

Super cute. It’s very hard to zipper because the fringe gets in the way! Runs very small. Fit my size 12 youth 10 year old daughter. It was meant for me for a costume! The craftsmanship is lower end with lower quality zipper. Ok for a costume.
