I wish there were a specific area regarding tech issues such as shipping updates, etc.;however, through a series of unfortunate mishaps…the package miraculously arrived via FEDEX, although the shipping information was incredibly misleading. I think it may have been overnighted to me and arrived other than USPS as originally indicated. I think this speaks volumes about the company’s intentions as a whole…and so, regardless of other reviews…you may want to consider this in light of any negative ones.
