  • Quite stiff fabric
Size: 2 YARD Color: Black
Good thickness, very stiff. Did not crease/wrinkle easily. Was able to drape with minimal ironing.

  • Very Pleased
Size: 2 YARD Color: Black
This is a heavier cloth that I use to make utility vests for my crews. They look very professional and wear like iron. The fabric is the key to this. When its time to make vests again, I will go straight to the "buy it again", why mess with perfection.

  • Good quality
Size: 2 YARD Color: Natural
This was a good purchase! It is in fact 100% cotton. I did the burn test and it did not melt. I think it burned like cotton should, I have never actually dealt with cotton this thick before but it definitely did not melt and I used my iron on the highest possible setting and it did not get ruined. I got the unbleached muslin, and it came with a yucky sort of smell, but like all my fabric I wash it before it gets cut, the smell is gone. The smell kind of reminded me of this hemp rope I have so it might just be that natural cotton smell? After washer and dryer it was super wrinkly, another way I knew this is definitely cotton. Once ironed and laid flat, I could tell whoever cut this is like a perfect human being. This is the straightest cut fabric I've ever gotten! I didn't measure it before I washed it but like all fabric, it probably shrunk and that is the point of washing everything before working with it. I ordered 2 yards, it now measures a yard and 32" so not bad. ... show more

  • Works well for printing.
Size: 2 YARD Color: Natural
I bought this to use for a steamroller print project. We're an arts council for a small resort town and are experimenting with this process. We've tried several materials and decided to use hobby tyvec. But I experimented with this muslin and it produces a superior print. But for our use, it needs to be ironed, or pressed, beforehand, and that's just too much work. But in terms of quality prints, it's superior, just takes more work. ... show more

  • It's quite see through.
Size: 10 YARDS Color: White
It's thin and see through. Not what I was expecting, but it will get used.

  • Good material
Size: 2 YARD Color: Natural
I use it for hair waxing with MOUJAN cold wax and it is great. Material gets all the hair out the first try, you do not need to repeat, pretty fast and easy.

  • It's fine. Not great, but it's fine.
Size: 5 YARDS Color: Natural
I've certainly seen better deals for muslin, but the price isn't bad and the quality is fine. As a side note, I've lined a couple of face masks with the (pre-washed) scraps and those have been perfectly soft and lovely. Just a heads up, for sewing mock-ups you do not want to pre-wash this muslin. It will change its texture to a much softer, more crinkley, puckery hand and it will acquire some stretch which is generally not helpful when you are trying to fit a mock-up. ... show more
