Niece loves it. And works for the most part. However sometimes it won't read the cards and for some reason when I give oral commands it does a different command than I requested.

I like the size. I like how it interacts with the cards and collar. We never could get it to respond to voice commands. Getting the batteries in it was difficult. I don't think it has an automatic turn off mode to save the batteries. It gets quite after a few minutes of no interaction but doesn't go to sleep unless you tap the sleep card against the collar tag. Overall my granddaughter likes it.
