  • Perfect gift!
Format: Board book
Absolutely perfect gift! Nice quality. Super cute. Great price! Memorable and unique gift that affirmed and cemented a school friendship as we prepare to graduate. Fun backstory about why the heck I bought a plant board book: During my 1st year of grad school, a classmate kept killing her plants with "love". Over watering. Under watering. Left one sunning itself in 100F heat too long. Many innocent plants lost their lives... then she got pregnant! Oh dear. This poor kiddo is doomed! (The jokes write themselves, right? Even funnier is that she gave all her baby shower guests mini cacti.) I'm happy to report that so far, so good. The wee sprout will be 3 soon. But I had to get him this book so he doesn't follow in his mom's plant-murdering footsteps! When Mom thanked me, she said all her plants are doing well now. Well, of course! Baby care now takes up the "extra" time she had to nurture the plants to death! LOL I was delighted to stumble on this while looking for another book and highly recommend it! ... show more
