This was bought about a year ago. It came in two packages that were very heavy. Assembly wasn’t horrible with the exception of the doors. The placements of the holes and how the hinges need to line up meant the door would grind on the whole cabinet. Myself and one other person genuinely tried but it’s just not functional. I tried to contact their help team but got the run around that I had to send pictures through a link they sent me through Amazon, I got an email back saying I could only contact them through Amazon. I messed around with trying to reach out a few more times but got nowhere. The light features are nice and the remote is very responsive without delays. Being able to customize the light colors and flame colors adds a nice ambiance to the room, especially on movie nights. The heater is amazing and probably the biggest reason I didn’t really contact support to fix the doors. My living room id 1/2 my downstairs with tall ceilings and the heating fan keeps the room toasty on drafty and colder winter nights and days. My dog would often lay in front of it on the rug. If support had been more helpful I would probably give it a 4. It’s compressed wood, but pretty durable. With the doors not working how I wanted, it was way overpriced and doesn’t give me the same look I bought it for. Edit: Their support team reached out to me to rectify my concerns and went out of their way to make it right. I’m really grateful they took that initiative even though it’s nearly a year later.

I have purchased two of these. I will say the setup takes a couple of hours but put everything together by myself. The big difference is the remotes that came with each…. The second one I bought I can change the flame color from actual pebble color. The first one I bought changes both at same time. However it is nice and sturdy and definitely get what you paid for I got the 80 inch for both my living room and before and both fit my 86 inch tv and 75 inch tv perfect! Definitely worth price! Would purchase again.

Update 5/31/26: ONE STAR NOW because what was suppose to be a universal remote came to be a remote that was not for this fire place AT ALL. After 2 exchanges because they thought the remote was defective lol and the same issue kept happening customer care exhausted all options and eventually told to reach out to the seller which I emailed back in April an am yet to hear a response! Completely unacceptable. So I have no working remote since having this thing. YOU BEEN WARNED! Update 3/16/26: customer service was of help and order a universal remote at no charge to me so that was definitely helpful but definitely shouldn’t be this way. Update 3/12/26: On 3/6/26 the remote control stopped working. I thought it was the battery’s so I changed them to just find out it wasn’t the batteries the remote just stopped functioning. Hasn’t even been 3 months and already something stopped working! So For that reason I have taken back my 4 stars and put a 1 star waste of money! Buy at your own risk! 4 stars because the material is cheap there’s no arguing about it, but it gave me the look I wanted for the space I wanted it for so it did the job. Putting it together took about 45 mins. Has multiple different color lighting. The heat that comes out of it is very hot and warms the area pretty well. I wouldn’t leave it on too long though. My tv is a 70” and this fit perfect for it. Also comes with a remote to control everything from a distance. Be VERY CAREFUL when screwing the silver screws in. Do it slowly and calmly because as you screw in the wood starts to crack a bit so if you do it too quickly, you will break the wood. If this happens put a lil wood glue let dry and you’re good to go. Another problem is the there’s no way of following the instructions when it comes to placing the fireplace in the frame. The instructions state to put the fireplace in the frame and screw it to the frame. The problem is that if you do that you will not be able to put the front glass that covers the fireplace. In order to do it you have to pull the fireplace out, but if it’s screwed in, how do you manage to put the cover on. So I did not screw the fireplace because you CAN’T. Do this to your own discretion. But if anyone does accomplish this please let me know. Update 3/12/26 On 3/6/26 the remote control stopped working. I bought this TV stand and now my couch won’t stop asking me to dim the lights. The fake fireplace is so convincing my cat tried to warm herself in front of it — she’s fine, just mildly embarrassed. Setup took about 2 hours, which is basically a record for furniture that arrives in two boxes with no warning. Fits my 75” TV perfectly, has more storage than I deserve, and the LED colors mean I can finally set the vibe for movie night without buying a second mortgage on smart bulbs. 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants their living room to look like they have their life together.
