This couch came in a small box which is the main reason I got it, because I wanted to put it in my basement that has a tight staircase leading down into it. It was easy to assemble, basically just putting the two halves of the couch together and screwing on the legs. Looks nice enough too, if a bit less full than the promo images. As a couch it's pretty comfortable, but as a bed it's really not. The middle of it rises slightly so you always feel like you're gonna roll off of it, and it's got little cushioning. The texture of the fabric starts to irritate the skin after awhile. I had to add a foam topper and fitted sheet to make it bearable and even then it's not great. But it gets the job done and did fit easily into the small space I have for it.

I'm staging a home and I have this adorable piece for the office area. This fit perfectly! This pops with the dark gray theme in the office. Once I sell the house, I will be adding this to my airbnb! I did have one issue with them shipping the wrong color. But. Amazon did an awesome job handling this situation.

My only complaint is that it required clamps to hold it together for much of the assembly of the two halves. Fortunately, I had the necessary furniture clamp but if anyone plans on putting it together themselves, it is good to know about the clamp which is around $20 or $30 from any big box store. You may be able to rent it as well.

It works for the space I bought it for. Its sturdy. It is very firm. It may not be good for sleeping Im hoping it will as it was meant to create a place for guests to sleep.

This product is cute and looked so comfy. I bought it specifically for that reason. It says its memory foam but you can feel all the bars like it's not padded. Too expensive for what it is. You're better off getting a futon at Walmart for half the price. I'm so disappointed.

I have lived for several months in an apartment without living room furniture. I wanted something in a modern minimalist style that matched our light gray walls and earth-tone carpet. This is a great solution! It was ridiculously easy to assemble. You just unzip four panels on the bottom to access the retracted legs and fold them out. After re-zipping the hidden compartments, you flip the chair over and unfold the back to set it how you want it. The back can recline at various angles depending on your preference. To adjust, you lean it forward until it clicks into position. To make it tilt backward, you have to bring it all the way forward, all the way back, and then adjust it to the desired angle. I love that this can be folded out into a bed, too. You flip the couch over, unzip the compartments and refold the legs. Zip the compartments shut, and then flip it back over. Lower the back and flip the bottom and back cushions out. It will stay nice longer, if you cover it with a cotton sheet before sleeping on it. This makes it useful for when my granddaughter comes for a sleepover. The padding is not This couch is very low, but comfortable. The linen-look fabric is sturdy, and the gray color matches just about any décor. I have short legs, so the back is a bit far from the front for me to sit properly. This was easily remedied with some colorful throw pillows. Another issue I had was that the legs do not lock in place, which can be a safety hazard when you move it or someone bumps into it. Since this is about three feet wide, it’s only really able to accommodate one person, unless you don’t mind sitting cozy. However, if you place two of them side by side, you have the equivalent of a six-foot couch. Conceivably, you could even create your own “pit group” of these in various arrangements in your living room, den, man cave or dorm. These would also be ideal in an RV or tiny home, since they’re so small. The price of almost $230 at the time of this review seems fair and would fit a modest budget. Just be mindful that the legs don’t collapse.
