The box arrived and everything was in good order (no dents/scratches/etc). The instructions for assembling the stand could be a bit more detailed, as you have to insure you have the correct leg pieces matched up, which is difficult to discern from the instructions (hence 4 stars instead of 5). The instructions also do not explain how to secure the keyboard to the stand, and honestly mine is just sitting on top. However, due to the weight and the fact that it won't be moved around much, this isn't an issue for me. The sound quality and volume are very nice, and over-all I'm quite pleased with it.

It has 800 sound effects. Large beautiful keyboard. Keys feel weighted properly. It has a faux wooden frame which is nicer than hard plastic. The sound is wonderful. I had a bit of trouble assembling the stand. I eventually got it but the directions aren't specific enough so I had to take squint and look very close to try and figure out the matching angles of how to build it right. Drove me crazy, I had to reassemble it 3 times before I realized how it works. That's just me though. I'm not bright when it comes to certain furniture directions. But eventually I got it right lol. If you're thinking 88 keys are a lot, it's a perfect amount. For players that have never played a piano I recommend something not as advanced and expensive. If you're taking lessons regularly then yeah the 88 keys are great. All in all it's a great piano.

Plays really well, and seems solid and well built. It sounds even better through an amp. Be aware that this is not a lightweight electronic keyboard; it is much heavier than the typical 61 key keyboard. It weighs about 30 pounds without the power supply and sustain pedal (which are both included, as is a nice lightweight stand and a nice nylon carry bag). My only real complaint so far is that there is no direct way to access the 800 different tones (or the rhythms or the demo songs). You have to cycle through them one by one. This makes it virtually useless in a gigging situation when you need to switch rapidly to a different sound. If there were a direct way to access, say Tone 399, this would have been a 5 star review.

I don't have any problems with this product. Didn't have any issues with pressing the keys. The only thing is I dont feel like it's real stable on its stand. And the stand was kind of a pain to put together because I am no handyman! But it's a nifty little piece of equipment.

The media could not be loaded. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase of this piano. The only complaints that I have has to do with the sensitivity of the individual keys. You do have to use a decent amount of force before a key press register's and produces a sound. All the accessories you need in order to make this piano work are included, and I really like the included travel bag that comes with the piano. A good budget choice, but know that you're getting a budget piano when you purchase this.

Bought this as a Christmas present and by the end of January is no longer worked as the keyboard quit producing sound. In the companies favor they did send a new component for the keyboard, but that didn't solve the problem. At this point I'm just out hundreds of dollars. This company has a very short return policy, so beware. Amazon is selling from some shady third party vendors.
