The actual keyboard is great. The instructions that came with it are hard to follow. The stand however was a disaster in assembling. The bolt that would have been used to control the height of the keyboard its self is totally inadaquit ( forgive my spelling) for the task it was to do. I had to improvise a solution (I used a shoe lace to get a comfortable height for the keyboard).That is why my rating for the shipment is not a full 5 star revue. The instructions for the operation of the instrument are confusing, the drawings for assembly of the stand were useless. I hope that if anyone can draw up a better set will do so quickly.

The media could not be loaded. I am beyond impressed with this piano keyboard! The sound quality is exceptional—rich, full, and incredibly realistic. The weighted keys feel just like an acoustic piano, making it perfect for both beginners and advanced players. The build quality is sturdy, and the sleek design fits beautifully in my home. I love the variety of voices and features, including recording options and connectivity to learning apps. It’s been a joy to play every day!

It was meant to be my daughter's travel piano so that she could practice while on the road. She complained about the weighted keys being too hard for her fingers, she wished there was a way to soften it. Maybe it would soften eventually with more use, but maybe not. I bought a different one which she feels more comfortable to play and is close enough to her real piano when it comes to the weighted keys. The sound quality of this is about the same as the other one, but feature-wise the other one had more useful features such as the built-in battery (perfect for travelling), record/play functions, more compact design, and more intuitive function keys. The new one I bought is about $100+ less though it didn't come with the stand so I had to buy a separate stand. The new stand I bought, however, is much better than what came with this as it was pre-assembled and has a convenient trigger action to fold/unfold it. She didn't bother using the notes stand because it was hard to put in and she's afraid it could not be pulled out easily when it's time to pack for travelling. Though she likes the Sustain Pedal compared to the mediocre one with the other unit, it isn't a big deal since it still does the sustain effect well. Here are the replacement digital piano and stand for your reference ... - Costzon BX-II 88-Key Portable Touch Sensitive Digital Piano, Upgraded Electric Keyboard with MIDI/USB Keyboard, Bluetooth, Dynamics Adjustment, Sustain Pedal, Power Supply, and Black Handbag (Black) - 5 Core Premium Keyboard Stand Hand Triggered Heavy-Duty Double X-Style, Adjustable, and Pre-Assembled Digital Piano Bench (Metal) with Locking Straps KS HD 2X So while this piano might work for somebody else, I had to return it despite the $80+ cost to ship it back to the vendor. I hope this helps others to not make the same costly mistake I made.

Sound quality isn't what I expected but I can deal with it. Everything else is ok. I would recommend a different stand for the piano. The legs get in the way of you getting closer to the keyboard.

I started learning the piano when I was four years old, so I have extensive experience with it. My mom always said that electric pianos were not good for my hands, so I never tried them. However, when I came to the US, my major was completely different from music. Sometimes, you know, when people leave their hometowns and start missing them, they need something to channel their emotions. I didn’t want to fall into depression, so I spent a little money on this one. Its size fits perfectly in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rented condo, and I love it! Playing the piano makes me happy and gives me courage. I wouldn’t say it’s the perfect electric piano, but I do think it’s worth it.
