These are so good, at least and such a tremendous value, that if I only had 20 bucks to improve a strat style guitar, this would be all I would spend on. I put them on my Pacifica 102 DLX, and the smoothness of tuning was immediately night and day. There is no dragging of the string, it simply rolls over the rolling saddle. Same when you use the whammy. The difference in quality with the original saddles is ridiculous. First off, these are grooved, so the string stays in place. Second, they are really substantial, they don't move around laterally as the OGs. I actually weighed the set: 50 grams for this set, 23 for the original. And they are made of brass, which has a beautiful resonance. I put them in a musicily pro bridge with a solid brass trem block (I threw away the cheap "vintage" tuners that come in it), and the guitar is now playing at a different level. Perfect fit. The hand feel is prefect becuase the screws are small and they stay under the saddle surface. Installation is a breeze. I recommend you put 3 in 1 or similar lube on the screws and maybe run the whole thread in and out to make sure they are easy to intonate later on. Buy this and thank me later!

I really like these saddles. I’m amazed at how well they intonate. With the saddles that came with the guitar, I had to completely compress the spring on the low E saddle just to get it to intonate properly. For some reason, these new saddles intonate much more evenly. I honestly don’t know why. I double-checked my intonation three times using two different tuners. It’s possible that the improvement is partly due to a minor truss rod adjustment I made when installing the new saddles, but even so, the results are surprisingly consistent. There’s nothing about the Musiclily saddle design that I’m aware of that should automatically even out string length to improve intonation, yet here we are. That said, these saddles are excellent for the price. They look good, feel solid, and the rollers hold the strings perfectly in place. They also do a great job of holding tune. I’m not sure whether the brass makes a significant difference, but I do think there’s a very slight increase in midrange presence. That said, it’s entirely possible this is just psychological after hearing so much about brass saddles affecting tone. Regardless, these saddles are comfortable, easy to adjust, and perform exceptionally well for the price. I like them so much that I just purchased a second set for my other Strat. Musiclily continues to impress me with their affordable, high-quality parts.

Really helped tuning and sound on a rebuild of a Squire Bullet Strat. No change to tuners or the bridge outside these, with some slot lube and these rollers I have a lot better tuning stability. No binding issues, great price and they fit perfect. Very nice cheap upgrade for any vintage tremolo.

I love these saddles, I've used them on my other guitar without issue. I bought a new set for a guitar I am building, to replace the saddles that the tremolo came with. Unfortunately one of the pins that holds the brass roller in place was sticking out and it was throwing the alignment off. I wasn't able to put it on the outside, so I have to send the set back for replacement. While the set is great, you have to check them closely to ensure there's no manufacturing issues.

These are great! Install was easy. The brass rollers are noticeable when stringing, tuning and playing. Tuning stability has improved greatly with these saddles! The tone just barely got a little warmer from the stock saddles on this Mexican Tele, and only really noticeable when playing without an amp. I always replace bridges on all of my guitars almost immediately upon purchase, but my stock bridge on this particular tele had always just sounded and played good so I had let it on for over a decade…but recently I decided to swap the saddles because the tuning was starting to slip a little and strings started breaking on me (to which I do not play hard, and string breaking has never been an issue for me)….All the sound people I have worked with in the past have always comment on how good this Tele with EMG-Ts sounds, so I was a little nervous adding a new piece to the puzzle that could effect my tone, but these saddles didn’t mess with my tone at all while playing through an amp…I’d recommend these saddles wholeheartedly!

These are great, and make guitar bends a lot of fun. I think they even sound great, or it maybe psychological. I put them on my Squire Classic Vibe, and they fit perfectly. These have smooth surfaces, and are machined well. I didn't notice them robbing any sustain, which is what a feared. By not clamping down on the string, you might expect more energy loss through the bridge. But I didn't notice a thing. Those kinds of effects I think are not noticeable. They may reduce sustain, but only nearly inaudible tone 20-30 seconds out.
