My 7yr and 3yr old loves this. It keeps them entertained for awhile. It’s easy to set up and use. It comes with either Velcro or suction cups for easy hang up. It’s easy to set up Bluetooth so you can listen to your own music while you box. I will say this leans more towards a kids machine as it is on the smaller size a made out of plastic.

Bought for my nephew's 11 bday. He is a thin, shy boy. Sweetheart of a kid, but lacks confidence. I got him a bbal hoop and this. Trying to get him to be more active instead of playing video games all the time. Since school started and he moved up to the middle school he has been bullied. He was scared to fight back. I got him this, showed him some videos how to use it. 2 months later, a kid tried choking him out, he fought back, got the best of the bully, and now has some "street cred" lol. No one is bothering him anymore. All it takes is a little confidence and some training. This was a great tool for that.
