I honestly am very happy with this protein shake! It really helped me gain muscle mass without getting fat, I am currently 177.6 lb and 13% body fat and I was 169 lb with 17% body fat before. I got the chocolate flavor and it taste good, it mix very well, I mix two scoops in water in the morning when I go to work and I have one more after my workout with two scoops as well which makes it a total of 4 scoops a day which gives you a total of 50 g of protein a day. You can mix all 4 scoops at once but it will be too thick is up to you! Suggestion: workout hard, eat healthy, don't cheat on diets this is not magic it works but you also do your part!!!

Just got this in. I wasted no time to smell it. It smelled just like chocolate. I then loaded it in my ninja blender. Instructions said use 4 scoops but since this my first load I used 2 scoops and 8 oz of water. I also added a banana, peanut butter, and ice. After blending and pouring into cup no lumps and the taste was great. A real treat. Overall worth it. I'm starting off at 205 lbs and with a decent workout plan I expect some gains.

Taking 1 serving (4 scoops) of this product a day gives me a much needed boost of calories and protein. I train with heavy compound lifts (full body - 5x5 or 5/3/1) 3xpw and the results show. No fat but looking very fit. The taste is ok, not great, but none of these shakes are. I blend 1.5 cups of water with .5 cup of ice. Then I add the powder and blend. I down it and take it with 2xdygestive enzyme pills and 6-8HCL pills to break down and digest it. This gives me zero stomach issues. It's great because beef is one of the few things I'm not allergic to.

This is seriously one of the best protein powders I’ve ever taken. Whey really messes up my stomach horribly with nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. That’s not to say this product is perfect, it does make me gassy but only RIGHT after I drink it and I take a trip to the bathroom, get a good poo in and feel great afterwards. JUST TO ADD, YOUR POOPS WILL STINKKK!!! It’s the beef. That’s really it though, compared to Whey, I can actually handle this! I drink two scoops in the morning with coconut milk (the coconut milk makes it taste sweeter and like a chocolate milk) and two scoops in the afternoon. Super easy to take, not thick at all, I add enough milk to make sure it’s not thick. This really helps me tone up and get enough calories in and doesn’t feel heavy at all which is even more awesome. Though of course we’re all different so what works for me might not work for you

I am an avid lifter/workout person and needed to gain some muscle back after losing weight. I read the reviews and purchased. This has to be one of the best proteins I have taken. It is smooth and has a great taste. I add a banana, ice and water and a perfect shake. I only use 2 scoops per shake.

I had VERY high hopes for this product. It’s not whey-derived, which is great for me because I breakout from whey products. Whey mass gainers also tend to have way too much sugar or fillers and, in the past, have helped me gain weight, but in fat, not muscle. This product sounded very promising because it has no sugar, cholesterol, and very little fat. I was reading the reviews and many people seem to like it a lot and got good results from it. However, my biggest qualm with this product is that it messes with my stomach so badly, I am literally scared to fart because I don’t know if it’s gonna end up being just a fart or a shart. It’s got my stomach bubbling and making noises I have never heard my stomach make before. Overall, I would say this a good product because it *does* have a lot of pros. In my opinion, it has a very good flavour (probably one of the best of any protein/mass gainer I’ve tried); it is very easy to drink; it mixes incredibly easy; the thickness of the shake itself is easily adjustable. After the first few servings, I *did* feel like it was working; my body felt beefier and my muscles did feel more full. But whatever it is, my body does NOT agree with this product and I can’t continue taking it. I tried making it work by splitting the serving up into smaller servings, but it all comes back full-circle and the end results is my stomach bubbling and writhing with pain and I’m constantly running to the toilet. The one con I have is outweighing all the pros of a could-be amazing mass gainer for me. Honestly, I would still recommend giving it a try for yourself; maybe it will work for you. However, this was my experience and I’m just giving you all a warning so you can prepare for the worst.

" lactose free"???, so i bought it becuz it suppose to be lactose free, but diarrea never stop, bloat stomach and all things, so now i dont know what lactose free protein could be good for me that im lactose intolerant, however flavor is ok, i think is not original cuz i bought it on 2018, flavor was different and my stomach was good i dont know what happen with this one.
