Previous reviews said this didn’t come with instructions but it does! Unfortunately I didn’t find them until I was 90% done, I had to keep rewinding the freaking video. I put this together - definitely would recommend getting a second person. The parts are heavy and hard to handle by yourself. The great thing about this bed though, the way the parts are made and the hardware used, you can’t accidentally install something wrong. This piece is very heavy when built. It’s fun to have and use - just locate the instructions first!

Overall the bed is fine. Easy to assemble and works as expected. Better material quality than expected. The issues is that the connection hardware holes were not drilled in the top cover of the cabinet. Therefore the top cabinet can not attached to the bed cabinet. I have emailed the service department and requested a new cabinet top be deliver or at minimum a template for the drill holes the would be require to complete the assembly. All other aspects of the bed are correct and complete the quality control is lacking at best. While this situation can be solved without assistance from the support center I am waiting on their response after which I will update the review. I could get worse or better depending or the support centers response. More later.....

Very poor construction the screws that come with the bed aren’t long enough to hold the bed . I would return but it’s too large.

Proceed with caution! Bed had very clear instructions in the box and was well labeled. Took about 2.5 hours for me to put together. The bed fits my needs and is what I was looking for. Perhaps not quite as solid as its weight may suggest. However, one of the pieces was broken and multiple pieces had cracks. I contacted the support email in the box and it bounced back. Then I contacted Amazon who also replied saying they couldn’t contact anyone and to initiate a return. So proceed with caution. If yours has issues, there won’t be much to do other than ship the whole heavy thing back.

Didn’t like the fact that I had to drill so many pilot holes. Those should have all been pre-drilled. Wish I was given the option to order a thicker mattress. Other than that, bed is what I expected.

My experience with this bed was not great, but customer service and dealing with the company was excellent and for that I am thankful. First, I personally, had parts that didn't fit quite accurately where they were supposed to. One latch just wouldn't reach on the top panel which caused that area to not be stable. Also, the drawer refused to stay shut and kept popping open enough where it didn't look nice when the bed was put away. A couple of the screw parts also broke on assembly. Next, if you purchase this please really understand how heavy this is. It is solid wood and came in two heavy boxes. You absolutely must assemble this bed in the exact location you want it as it is extremely difficult to move after assembly. Really think about the location! It is a very solid bed, though and if you assemble it exactly where you want and follow the videos for assembly and are okay with maybe a few imperfect results when you are done or you have good construction/engineering understanding to fix things that might not be quite right, I think you will be happy with this bed. It is definitely made of solid materials. But, after all of those experiences, customer service is wonderful to deal with. They really understood the problem and tried to help me with solutions. While they couldn't give a full refund, which I understand, they did offer me a partial refund since I will be disassembling the bed and not keeping it.
