have only had these a couple of weeks, so I can't be sure about battery life--the battery differs from the one specified in the Amazon write up, so I imagine that the actual batteries cannot be replaced. But these are inexpensive, so I can easily buy more.

I like the lights they are easy to use and really make a centerpiece noticeable. however, several of the string of lights the battery died and I only turned it on several time for several hours at a time. not pleased with this because in the description it claims the batteries can last up to 20 years actually it's more like 20 hours ... show more

This product definitely met my expectations. The package arrived quickly, packaging safeguarded the product well and it was not a hassle to untangle the lights as each was wrapped separately. I was utilizing as decor for my daughter’s birthday and the appearance of the lights were bright and beautiful (as seen in pictures); exactly as I’d imagined. They came with batteries already inserted. I had the lights going for two days and they are still operating. I will use a few more times on the current batteries and can switch the battery in the future if needed. It also comes with several in a pack so I still have some left over for other uses.
