I gave 2 stars because in description it's says ALLOY STEEL! It is NOT! Both tools are in fact PLASTIC. I payed more for this one because it said alloy steel. Very Disappointed and considering just returning it and applying the $16.99 towards a quality Rigid or whatever.

Love this tool. I recently swapped out a faucet and have another one to do soon, and getting to those mounting nuts underneath the sink is always the worst part. This makes that whole process so much easier by giving you the reach and leverage you need in tight spaces. I tested it on two different sinks in our home, and between the included pieces, one worked perfectly for each setup. That makes it feel pretty universal and versatile, which is a big plus if you’re working on different fixtures. It feels sturdy in hand so I don’t think it’s a risk of breaking and does exactly what it’s supposed to without slipping or being awkward to use. I assume the material is going to last. These sink wrenches are definitely designed to make working in tight spaces under kitchen and bathroom sinks easier. Anyone who has done plumbing work under a sink knows how awkward it can be trying to hold a flashlight, maneuver tools, and work in such a cramped area at the same time. The shape and design of these tools do seem very helpful for reaching difficult spots around faucets and supply lines. However, I was surprised because the listing describes them as “alloy steel” and “metal,” but the tools I received appear to be plastic or at least mostly plastic. That was disappointing since durability is really important for plumbing tools that need to handle torque and tight fittings. I’m hopeful they’ll hold up over time, but I do worry about the possibility of them breaking in the middle of an installation or repair job, especially when you’re already wedged under a sink trying to get the work done. Overall, the concept and functionality seem good, but I do think the product description should more accurately reflect the actual materials used. ... show more

I was disappointed with this basin wrench set because the product description is misleading. It says the material is alloy steel and metal, but the tools I received are actually plastic. I specifically expected something more durable based on the listing, so that was frustrating. For a plumbing tool that is meant to be used in tight spaces and handle pressure while loosening or tightening faucet hardware, I do not think plastic is a good material choice. It may work for very light use, but I would be concerned about it cracking, flexing, or wearing down over time. The shape and design may be useful for reaching under sinks, but durability is questionable. I do like that it has a variety of sizes and can fit plenty of different items, but I cannot give it more than 2 stars because the material does not match the description, and I would rather use a stronger metal tool for this kind of job. ... show more

The Multifuctional Sink Wrench set is pretty cool. It's certainly a good size to effectively function in tight spaces and its a clever design to have so many functional options present in two, simple tools. Seems very easy to use, which we appreciate. My only concern is that the plastic the tool is made from doesn't feel very strong. I guess I am cautiously optimistic at this moment. Feels strong enough to do the job but should it encounter difficultly, I'm not sure the tool could withstand much torque. But, that is speculation on my part. I’m pretty disappointed with this set because the actual tool doesn't match the technical specs listed. The description claims these are alloy steel and silver, but the tools I received are black plastic. The material feels hard and brittle, which isn't ideal for plumbing work. Even the weight is completely different than advertised; the listing says 1.6 ounces, but the set actually weighs in at 3.75 ounces. The listing also mentions a fixed ratchet style, but there is no ratcheting mechanism involved here. Any turning or torque comes entirely from your own wrist strength. The brand is clearly labeled as Fangloubao on the end of the tool, which contradicts the generic description. While it can reach into tight spaces, I don't have much confidence in the durability of this plastic for kitchen or bathroom installations.
