Out of the box, nothing worked. Discovered the battery was dead. Replaced the battery and it worked fine and continues to do so, so far. Like many of these cheap devices, it is complicated to set up, but once done, it's fine.

I ordered this watch because I need something to help me time my recovery in the gym. So I was looking for something with a countdown timer. This watch was affordable, and in a great color (I love bright orange!) As far as features, I would say that it is fully loaded. Timezones, stopwatch, multiple-interval countdown timer. What that means is you program it to have 3 rounds of 1-minute on, 15 second rest. That will be great for when I start running intervals again. There is also a day-countdown timer which I just set to my birthday cause, why not? The sound can be turned on/off by holding the blacklight button. Issues: The button configuration can be a little confusing (I won't be throwing away the instructions anytime soon). Additionally, the countdown timer makes noise regardless of the silenced status. But that isn't a big deal. Overall, definitely deserving of the 5 stars because it was everything I needed it to be and more, for a great cost. ... show more

This watch arrived today not working. My 6 year old has been waiting patiently for his watch to arrive the past two days. It was a huge disappointment when it arrived not working! My husband had to run out to purchase a battery for this brand new watch. Extremely disappointed that this watch was not inspected prior to shipping to make sure it was in working condition! ... show more

The watch face has fallen out 6 times in the first 45 minutes of my son wearing the watch. I do not recommend purchasing this.

Easy to use with the instructions and I wanted a wearable stop watch (Personal Fitness Trainer) My only improvement would be to make it water resistant/proof and thinner if possible.
