I didn’t know how ordering pillows online would go without me feeling and testing them out but for the price I tried them. It was crazy how they came vacuum sealed and packaged, but fluffed up nicely. I’ve only slept on it for 3 nights so far but the ‘bounce back’ part is legit they do. I am particular about my pillows as I sleep on my side and back and I sleep with 2 pillows and like to be propped up when I sleep. They aren’t quite as firm as I would like them but I think the bounce back with the gel material work well enough that it keeps me propped up with 2 pillows when I sleep. I loved the sale & coupon. The pillows arrived fast. They did puff out a tiny bit, it seems to have a dent I can't smooth out. The cooling part... yikes no, I still wake up cos I'm too hot. .. Personally, I'm disappointed, it's thinner than the old pillow I hoped to replace. It's thinner than any hotel/motel pillow I have used. The pillows are very soft and very pretty. Just a bit too thin & not sure how to activate the cooling perk. ... show more

I received this product during a torrential downpour. The box was ruined, however, the excellent packaging kept the pillows protected and dry. These pillows will be guest pillows, but are a great value for the price and very comfortable.

I am notoriously hard on pillows. Somehow I manage to turn my pillows into a misshapen round lumpy-thing within about 2 months. You can imagine the restless sleep, sore necks and backs, etc. I decided after trying sooooo many pillows I would try these gel pillows. They are AMAZING! They just reshape after I move my head. For the price paid, even with a coupon discount, I’m am not really impressed. Never really got lofty like the photos and doesn’t seem like it will last more than a couple months before needing to be replaced. UPDATE—- costumer service is phenomenal and reached out regarding the pillows. It’s rare to see a company that stands behind their products and wants to ensure consumer satisfaction.
