My friend bought one of these and I helped him put it up. I liked it so much that I bought one as well. Two great features: first, it is 20 feet tall. Most ladder stands are 15 feet tall. I have been busted many times by curious does. I am hopeful that this stand will get me up high enough to avoid detection. Second - The ladder sections have double tubing which makes it much sturdier without the flex that you see in some others. So you can sit higher but feel safer!

I’m very happy with the purchase of the skybox deluxe. It’s very comfortable, the ladder is well designed, I’m impressed with the adjustable shooting rail. The one complaint I do have is with the operation of the seat. I had to add a ratchet strap to the frame under the seat to bring the frame together because the seat slipped through the frame as I sat on it. I was able to put the ratchet strap to the rear so that it doesn’t interfere with my movement when the seat is raised. I suppose if my tree was perfectly plumb and the ground level I would not of had this issue. I would purchase this stand again.

Excellent tree stand, have bought 4 of them. The good - very sturdy, excellent quality on the stand itself. Comfortable seat! Packaging - be forewarned, the paint on stand will come beat up. Packaging has always made me wonder how the stand even made it to my front door. Have not had a missing parts, don’t understand how as boxes are always barely held together with tape, holes in boxes. Parts will show rubbing marks, however, I do camouflage paint the stand so not an issue with me. Parts are not damaged or dented, just the paint is beat up. Assembly- take your time, follow instructions. Will take between 90 - 120 minutes. Spend the 10 minutes to organize bolts, will make assembly much faster. Only thing I question is why muddy puts their name in white paint on a tree stand seat, stupid move. Overall a good stand, feel very safe sitting in mine.

Terrible customer service from the seller and the product is awful too. The product is crap quality and you'll know within 5 minutes of putting it together how loud it'll be in the woods. You'll wake up the whole woods making any sudden movement in it. If you do try to put it back in the box, good luck. It's practically impossible. I had to add to the original box in order to fit all the pieces and components in. When you anticipate your refund, you'll get less than half because they'll say it "looks used" and therefore can't be resold. Maybe if you had a box that semi-easily fit the pieces so they're not scratching together and added some foam to your original packaging, you'd avoid that issue. So I will never buy this product or from this company again. My worst return experience I've had in 10 years.

It really takes two people to put together and two people to place it in woods. It's very tall and heavy. Solid built and the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. So glad there were no missing parts. The rail in front is solid and perfect for resting your gun.

It seems others have noted this as well. If Muddy states a wrap-around blind is included, then we customers expect to receive the product. The stand itself is pretty nice. But, I'm sorry Muddy, you can't advertise the included blind and then not include it. My first email was ignored, it seems. I've sent another. I'll be happy to increase the star ranking it Muddy makes good on their product. EDIT FOLLOW UP: Two emails to Muddy went unanswered. No product support, no communication. Others have also not received the product as advertised. Listen, the stand is fine. But there are other companies who also make good stands who don't need to deceive their customers. Bye, Muddy. Pick another company people. 2nd edit. Even though Muddy dropped the ball on the blind, this tree stand is exceptional. I’m still not all that happy with Muddy but……a good product is still a good product. I’ll be buying another stand next spring. I will probably go with this one again even though I hate rewarding poor customer service.
