    • Obviously a return and missing pieces
Very disappointed! The box had already been opened and taped back together. The tree stand it self was scratched and dented. There were several missing pieces that made it impossible to put together. Would give 0 starts if able.

I sought to purchase a Muddy Skybox as i own another one that I have hunted out of 8+ years and I absolutely love it. I settled on this (lesser) Muddy model since the Skybox was out of stock. During assembly, i noticed that the bends in the metal (as pictured just above the ladder) were not identical therefor the entire seat, foot rest, and tree support was not even close to being level with the ladder upright. The packaging, which was unopened, also had several missing pieces of hardware. Thankfully, I had workable replacements on hand to use in place of the missing hardware and I was able to correct the defect with a little hammering/drilling modification.     • Damaged box and no bolts
The box was completely tore up and there were no bolts in the box to put the stand together

    • Quality Control missed some of the most important design measurements!
While assembling my new extra wide one person ladder stand all seem to fit in place as designed; however when it came to installing the standing platform, (per manufacture's provided instructions ), there is a 7/16 difference in the inside measurement of 18inches,(where the platform is to be located), and the outside measurement of the platform of 18-7/16 inches, which was designed to fit into the 18 inch measurement. IT will not work because of misaligning the ladder connection making it impossible to assemble. This stand is not an easily assembled ordeal to disassemble, pack back up, and transport to a shipping facility. I'll keep it and possible just scrap the whole thing. The last thing its the junk from China. Sorry Muddy I watched a lot of U-Tube Video's on the Muddy ladder stands before buying mine. B.E. Lawson. ... show more

    • Missing hardware and Muddy is impossible to reach
Very disappointed. None of the hardware is in the box and Muddy customer service is none existent. I called several times and never was able to speak with anyone. Also no response on email either.

    • Foot support lacking
The foot rest is way too small. If i had to order again id choose one that was longer This stand is for rifle hunters only Too short between seat and platform to enable standing without grabbing the cross bar. I would never buy this again Creeks too much

Shipping box was torn up pretty bad. Foot rest support brackets were missing. I had to make the brackets to be able to use stand.
