I purchased these shoes for bank fishing. I needed something that was waterproof, durable, comfortable, and provided good support. So far, these shoes fit the bill. Normally, I wear a size 8 and that’s what I purchased. It’s a good fit. I have a wide foot (not wide enough to have to wear an extra wide shoe), and the toe box is a little wide so it’s perfect for me. The insole is very cushioned but still provides support. I have worn the shoes for hours while standing, and my feet weren’t aching like they had been. I’ve worn them on muddy banks and shallow water, and they are definitely waterproof. The tread is also great for walking on uneven ground and rocks. My only complaint is the neoprene around my ankle is kind of tight but not unbearable. I would definitely recommend!! ... show more

These are the best garden shoes as they are comfortable ,easy to slip on and off, waterproof, easy to clean, and I have taken long walks with them on. I bought this second pair in black so I could wear them with slacks for rainy or snowy days. Good traction soles too.

I live in the mountain Redwoods, so after the first rain, the ground is damp and muddy for about 5 months. These are so comfortable for stepping outside to feed the birds, and cleaning animal enclosures, etc. Love These!!!

Well made shoe. Purchased for gardening. This was the best choice out there to meet her needs. My wife has a wide width foot and they fit fine. She is used to a looser fit but they may give a little over time. Pros- nice waterproof shoe with good fit. Cons- the heel of the shoe is raised a little and is not squared out. Can cause possible instability. There is a stretchy rubber ring around top of shoe that makes it harder to get on and can cause some rubbing at the back of ankle. I wish they put stretch rubber at top sides to allow ease of putting on and removing them. ... show more

They look like they are well made and waterproof. Time will tell. They are much heavier than I had hoped making it harder to walk for any distance as I am a small woman in my seventies. I could not find a weight anywhere on the description.

I wear these boots until they literally fall off my feet. This is my 4th pair. I use them to garden in the heat of the summer & to shovel snow off the walkway in the cold of winter. They are insulating so they do not cause the foot to sweat in summer heat or the foot to get overly cold in the winter. All in all they are work horses for your feet. I purchased these shoes mainly to wear while walking my dog through wet grass and around a swampy pond. I normally wear a size 8 shoe and that is what I ordered. When I first tried them on, I thought I was going to return them because they are a bit too long and wide; however, the elastic sock-type collar kept the shoe snug around my ankle, so I kept them. I wore two pairs of thin socks with them in wet, 35 degree weather and they were amazing! They are more comfortable than any boot I have ever worn and my feet never got wet or cold. Perfect for chores around the farm without having to lace up paddock boots. They protect my feet from being stepped on by horses but are easy on and off.
