  • Amazing display - worth the extra cost for OLED!
Bought this and a 4k mini-led display that was half the cost but chose to keep this one because the colors and contrast are amazing. I avoided the OLED displays with matte finish as I read that it can detract from the pop in color and contrast that you get from OLED. Text is very clear with no fringing and the pixel density is fantastic at 4K. It comes with all of the ports you could need and it can keep my laptop charged through the USB-C port. The screen is thin and minimalist and the 27-inch size is perfect. I thought about going with 32 inches but I did not want to sacrifice pixel density. Refresh rate is great for 4k gaming and it is plenty bright for my needs (I only need 70% brightness). Glare is non-existent and I find it useable in brightly lit rooms. You certainly pay more for the QD-OLED but relative to other 4k OLED displays, this one was reasonably priced when on sale. I did a lot of research before buying and I am very pleased with the MPG 272URX. ... show more

  • Great monitor, huge upgrade from 1080p
This is a really good monitor. The colors are very vibrant, and the deep blacks really show here. The size, resolution, and panel quality are all great. 240hz and .03 ms make this a very smooth experience for gaming and video. QD-OLED panel is great and I havent noticed any issues like flickering so far. Great purchase overall. ... show more

  • Silky Smooth, Zero Regrets
I came from a 32" KTC 2K 1440p monitor and this MSI is a serious step up. Picture quality is crisp, colors are beautiful, setup was fairly painless, and overall viewing feels so much clearer (anyone who has cleaned their dirty glasses knows the feeling I'm talking about). I haven't really pushed it yet, but I can already tell this thing has plenty in the tank and it’s ready for whatever you throw at it. Excited to see what it’s capable of once I put some real hours on it! ... show more

  • ASUS wont remain the king for long
Stunning monitor. I had the 1440p 360hz OLED version and upgraded to the 240hz 4K OLED (I have a 5090) and the PPI for 27 inches is incredible. Everything looks crisp and crystal clear, as expected. MSI MPG OLED monitors are a force to be reckoned with. With their pricing well below ASUS OLED monitors in the same monitor bracket, these will be constantly out of stock and for a good reason. ... show more

  • Excellent monitor
Excellent monitor. Deep blacks and great colors. I wish it could get a little bit brighter though.

  • Amazing Monitor!!!
Surprisingly, this is a very good monitor. I switched out my very expensive 32 inch mini LED (PG32UQX) for this. The 32 that I was using lacked a lot of features that this monitor has, like HDMI 2.1, DP 2.1a and a built in KVM. The PG32UQX doesn’t have much blooming, but it still shows up from time to time. The MSI 272URX, on the other hand, is OLED and so it has no blooming. It also has solid brightness levels. It seems overall brighter than another OLED that I have. The sharpness you get from 4K at 27 inches is what really sets this one apart. Everything looks clear, sharp and the colors just pop. The only issues that I have, so far, is that there are only two USB-A ports and the power cord location is bad because there is no cover for the cords on the back. If you put this monitor on a monitor arm, the power cord wants to hang down. They could have put a cover over the cables and then all of the cables would exit the cover at the same point and eliminate this issue. Overall, this display looks amazing, has great built quality, is missing a couple of non critical features (cable cover, USB-A ports and a proximity sensor), and performs great. ... show more

  • Good monitor
Good monitor with good colors and blacks. 240hz refresh rate is nice. I don't use the speakers so i cant really comment on that.
