  • Works great, excellent customer service
Style: MAG CORELIQUID E360 WHITE Size: 360mm
the pump on my unit was damaged when I received it, but it's only noticeable at low RPM. I have that turned up, and it's very quiet, and keeps my cpu cool under extended load. after getting with MSI about repairs/replacement, they were very helpful, and I should be getting a fixed or new unit in a few days. long story short, works great, even under sub-optimal conditions, 10/10 customer service, glad I chose them for my build ... show more

  • Good product
Style: MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2 Size: 360mm
I think this cooler has been a game-changer for my PC’s performance. Installation was straightforward, and the build quality is top-notch. It runs incredibly quiet and keeps my system temperatures impressively low even under heavy loads. Definitely a worthwhile investment for any serious PC builder.

  • Worthy purchase
Style: MEG CoreLiquid S360 Size: 360mm
Good quality product, with effective and quiet cooling on both AMD 7800X3D and Intel 12900k. The case is removable and very easy to install. The best part is the customizable screen display, very good for decoration.

  • It's just so good
Style: MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2 Size: 360mm
I recently purchased the MSI MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2 liquid CPU cooler, and I have to say, it's been a great addition to my PC build. The cooler has been working flawlessly since I received it, keeping my processor running at optimal temperatures without any issues. The 360mm radiator and three 120mm RGB PWM fans provide fantastic cooling performance, even during intense gaming sessions or CPU-intensive tasks. The two-ball bearings on the fans ensure a long lifespan, and the ARGB lighting looks stunning and adds a unique visual flair to my build. The cooler was easy to install and comes with accessories like a 1 to 3 fan PWM cable and a noise reducer cable, which were useful during installation. I appreciate the compatibility with various Intel and AMD sockets, which makes it a versatile option for a wide range of users. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase of the MSI MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2. It's a high-quality and reliable liquid CPU cooler that offers both excellent performance and stunning aesthetics. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a top-notch cooling solution for their PC build I only wish it came with a RGB controller ... show more

  • The fans are high quality. Temps are solid.
Style: MEG CoreLiquid S360 Size: 360mm
I do wish it came with some tube combs to keep things together and under control. The display is a neat feature. I mainly got it because the competitors require too much bloatware, and it isn't all that flashy like something from corsair would be, and I love that they mostly let their products do the advertising for them (no annoying 'msi' logos forced on you anywhere). Plus, I got the Liquid Suprim 4090, so I don't want to have a bunch of clashing brands with more and more software. I've had it for about 8 months now. I haven't noticed any coil whine or anything, but I'm not listening super close for it. The pump can be kind of loud, but that's true for pretty much any full load pump. It has a fan on the water block - which is a neat feature. It makes the block pretty huge compared to past AIO's that I've used, though. So far, no regrets with it. I plan to use it to EOL. ... show more

  • Beautiful but obnoxious!
Style: MAG CORELIQUID E360 WHITE Size: 360mm
This cooler is beautiful, but it has an obnoxious ticking noise coming from the pump which was noticeable as soon as I powered it up. A little online research shows the following statement: "MSI specifically in Japan issued a statement regarding abnormal noise observed in the pump section of its all-in-one (AIO) water cooling units, the MAG CORELIQUID E series. The company has acknowledged the issue and is offering a product replacement or a refund to affected customers. The noise issue, as detailed in the announcement, arises when the internal impeller of the pump makes contact with the cavity, particularly within the rotational speed range of 1,600 to 1,800 rpm. This contact is the identified cause of the abnormal noise reported by users. The models impacted by this issue include four variants: "MAG CORELIQUID E240," "MAG CORELIQUID E240 WHITE," "MAG CORELIQUID E360," and "MAG CORELIQUID E360 WHITE." MSI is extending an offer to purchasers of these models to either exchange their product with a replacement unit or receive a refund. For customers to avail of this support, they must provide the product's purchase certificate, the agency warranty sticker, and a photograph of the serial number located on the product. Those opting for a refund will be directly contacted by the store where the product was originally purchased. MSI has listed the replacement products for each affected model as follows: For "MAG CORELIQUID E240 / WHITE," the replacements are "MPG CORELIQUID K240" or "MPG CORELIQUID K240 V2." For "MAG CORELIQUID E360 / WHITE," the replacement is "MEG CORELIQUID S360." Customers seeking assistance or more information regarding the replacement process are encouraged to contact MSI Support." I have contacted MSI-USA and their solution to the problem is for me to go through the RMA process, which will take roughly 14 days. Their suggestion for keeping my computer running during the return process was to purchase and install a different fan temporarily. At this point, I feel MSI was less than helpful. Most other large businesses these days send a replacement part asap (especially when it's the companies fault) with a return label for the defective part so customers don't experience down time or the hassle of buying another part and and then having to wait for the return of the original defective part to get their money back. I will be purchasing a different brand cooler and returning this one once it arrives. ... show more

  • Frosty
Style: MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2 Size: 360mm
I bought this as I wanted the noise reduction and better cooling. This is also less space greedy. A real nice look. I had one of these for several years. I felt like it's cooling had diminished. Turns out MSI realized it and gave me a new one at no charge. They even paid the shipping. Apparently, they had some loose particles in the originals. I'll give them another chance. Currently, My CPU socket and core are @ 30 / 33 degrees. That is on a i7-10700K with no overclock. Stay quite cool when 4K gaming. (I actually returned this one as I did not know MSI had an extended warranty exchange) ... show more
