Good snug fit with velcro wrist band that make adjusting the tightness of the glove easy. The palms are tough for handling lines to avoid chafing or burns when handling halyards. Good quality for the price.

Have only had them for a few weeks and a few races, but seem to be good sailing gloves. Comfortable and give good protection while retaining dexterity. Time will tell how well they will hold up.

These are advertised as gray but they are very green. Other than that, pretty good glove. I bought for sailing and they would do the trick and the fit was excellent. The only complaint, besides the color, is that the Velcro at the bottom is VERY stiff and was super uncomfortable when I had a hair tie underneath. I took off the hair tie and it was fine...but my husband's were way more comfortable to I returned these. ... show more

I was thrilled to find what seem like decent gloves for under $20 a pair. If they last a season of casual sailing, I will be more than happy. The ones purchased from the big box marine store cost almost three times as much and have come apart after just a couple of seasons. These are also lighter weight, which is good in warm weather. As for size, I saw reviewers say they ran large. I found just the opposite. I normally wear a large glove. As a precaution, I ordered medium, large and XL. The XL is the best fit, but still just a tad snug. I expect they'll stretch out during use so they'll be fine. After I use these for a bit, I'll try to update my review with a word on performance and how they hold up. ... show more

These are comfortable and holding up well after 3 races, but I expect that I’ll wish they had one more layer of leather across the palm. Given the price versus brand name sailing gloves, they seem to be a solid value. However, they seem to be cut for beefier fingers.
