Handle jammed On first unit. So first use, packed for trip, all set, lots of space, love the integral TSA lock and pop up handle. Pick up luggage off carousel, no sign of abuse, handle won’t extend fully. After Herculean effort, handle extends. Then try to retract, won’t retract (yes I am depressing release latch). Good news can replace it, bad news still traveling!! Your replacement has no problem for One off manufacturing defect who knows. I really like it and you would not believe the number of people who asked me what it is where did I get it?

Very beautiful! Everybody make compliments about that. The only con is that, if you don’t lock, it opens sooo easily. I mean, it opened in the aisle in the plane and it was a mess! should have some extra hooks for closing more safely.

Overall love the color (I got the popping yellow) the wheels are super quiet and love the handle bar on top. However, it’s super compact like I was able to pack clothes for 3 days but that was REALLY pushing it. Maybe I’m just use to the expandable suitcases. And I wish the had a handle bar on top so I can easily grab and go instead of at the side. I am really afraid of using the pop out handle. I did get lots of compliments while strolling through the airport.

The media could not be loaded. Good quality,love the wide handle design!It doesn't take up needed storage space,and makes it easier for travel and control. The large capacity can hold the clothes I need for 3 to 4 days. If it's a long-distance trip, suggest buying a larger size. There seems to be no problem at present,the wheels rolls smoothly and quietly.I would like to buy another 24 inch suitcase, recommended to buy!
