I’ve read some of the negative reviews and after I started using it I was ready to send it back. You have to take water pump pliers to the nozzle for your adjustment. The nozzle is on super tight and it would hardly work at all. Once you’re able to twist the nozzle back-and-forth you’ll be able to make your desired adjustment. I also removed the plastic hose and reattached it. I tighten the lid down pumped it up and it works great. Try these steps if you’re having problems getting it to work. The main thing is you have to screw it on very tight to get a tight seal or it will not hold pressure. Once I did all of these things it worked great I had no problems. Good luck ... show more

I bought this pump up sprayer as a previously opened item, supposedly in excellent condition. I figured I'll take my chances with buying it pre-opened because it was almost $10 cheaper than unopened. I added water to the reservoir to test it. The pump failed to pressurize the sprayer. After examining the pump, I removed it from the sprayer and installed a bigger o-ring. Now the pump works as it should. I put the pump back onto the reservoir bottle and pumped it up. It sprayed water rather well, but water would leak past the sprayer's valve and dump water onto my hand when I tilted the sprayer in any direction other than level to the ground. It's a good thing I am only spraying water and not a chemical such as a pesticide. I disassembled the pump again and replaced a few o-rings in the sprayer valve. It still leaks past the valve. This sprayer is garbage and way over-priced. I'll only use it to spray car washing soap when cleaning my motorcycles. Save your money and don't waste it on this sprayer. Go to a place like Home Depot and buy a good sprayer for less than half the price of this one. Also, it claims it will spray a thick layer foam of soap when using to clean a vehicle. It does not! The spray is no different than a pump up sprayer you can buy at Home Depot. Since it's a waste of time for me to return it, I won't. I'll just use it to apply soap and water or it mist house plants. ... show more

Received the product and I immediately tried to use it. Added some water for testing and of course, I was experiencing the same issues as others. Pump wasn’t adding pressure and water was not coming out. I removed the nozzle from the bottle and noticed a large o-ring on the inside of the nozzle. Tried to center it on the nozzle head but it would slide out every time I tried to screw the nozzle back to the bottle. So I figured I needed to put it on the bottle. The bottle mouth has a lip that the o-ring must be wrapped around to secure it and create pressure. After doing this, the pressure now builds inside the bottle and water shoots out as expected. I purchased the Chemical Guys Eco Smart Waterless Wash system because I can't do a traditional 2-bucket car wash at in my rental. I have used Eco Smart before as an easy way to wash my car. This is the first time I have purchased the concentrate along with the atomizer as a kit. The atomizer is of poor quality. The product leaks out of the top when there is any type of pressure in the container no matter how tight you tighten the lid. I even used plumbers tape to no avail. In the amount of time it took to wash my vehicle about a 1/3 of the product leaked onto the ground. If you need a way to wash your car and only use a few ounces of water, I recommend Eco Smart Wash. I suggest you purchase a different atomizer or any other spray bottle or you will waste a lot of your product. ... show more

    • Great for cleaning inside wheels

I live on a dirt road in a winter climate. My wheels get filthy and off balance easily. This little guy is great for cleaning the mud/ice out of the wheels without a big production. The biggest issue is is takes about 2 full bottles per wheel, so sometimes it's a lot of trips to the sink.

It works as described, but it’s not worth the cost at all. Save money and buy the $7 Lowes version. Heck, but three or four for the same cost. I actually like the feel of the cheaper one better. You don’t have to pump as much and it builds better pressure, the o-ring doesn’t constantly fall off, there’s no stupid “lock”, and the cap and handle are much more secure. I have purchased three of these but I honestly should have just purchased a dozen of the cheaper ones. I’m hoping over time and longevity I change my mind it the product holds up. ... show more

I was very impressed with this. I’m kinda lazy and usually just take my truck to a touchless car wash. Being my truck is black and the wash is touchless, the truck never leaves perfectly clean. I wasted $20 a couple different times on some different waterless wash sprays and it wasn’t very cost effective. The bottles would never last long. This stuff sprays so easy with the sprayer and I only mixed 1 liter of spray and barely put a dent in the wash concentrate. I also had my entire truck wiped down in 10-15 minutes. The sprayer alone is so much better than the standard spray bottle. When I run out of concentrate, I can just buy another bottle for $20 and have enough for a whole lot of washes! ... show more
