I emailed and sent a picture, Nicole got right back to me And couldn’t of been more helpful! She sent out a new table within a couple of days. Packaged well, easy to assemble (with a grown up allen wrench). Seems very well made and solid. Nice finish on the metal and the wood composite slats (or plastic?) look very nice. I did spray the top with UV protectant since this will be in sun most of the day. If it doesn't rust this will be the perfect purchase. The size is also great for a small seating area on my patio.

We liked the first one so much we purchased a second table. Very solid and just right height for us! Easy to assemble with one person but two makes it much easier. We put the second table together and overnight one of the table slates was cracked. It was not at the screw section, so strange this cracked. Not sure how this will handle the sun, cold and snow! Sent email to company and now waiting. Not very happy right now! Regret buying! Edit: Customer service has been all over and on top of the problem! I asked for new slats and received an entire new table! Even though I have lots of concerns about the flats, I have no concerns about the service!

***Update***I am updating my review since the seller reached out to me and provided a refund solution even though the return period had expired. Very responsive customer service upon my review. The table is very nice and they will definitely make it right should it arrive damaged. Thanks! I bought 2 of these tables and one came in perfect condition, but the other was damaged in transit. Unfortunately I’m past the return window, so I’m sure I’m stuck with what I received. Be sure to inspect yours asap to see if you have any issues.
