After sending a message to the manufacturer, I was able to get a refund. I hope the manufacturer made some changes to the foam, even if cost has to be adjusted. I modified my review to 3 stars from the quick action of the supplier. I was initially displeased with the matress after unboxing. I allowed it to inflate over two days or so. It helped. Did not quite rech the sizenas described as a queen. 80X60. I noticed thats the matress smelled like Spray pint/ Carb cleaner. I aired it out over the course of a week. The smell is still strong as the day i purchased this. I feel nad for some one who has to sleep on this without an alternative. I have no where to Off-Gas this thing other than the dumpster. I understand the process of off gassing of new foam, but this is causing eye watering and respiratory issues. The "High quality foam" the manufacturer claims in description is nothing more than some AliExpress chineese bed toppers stacked inside. Approximately 4 of them. With what appears to be raw cotton and foam chunks. I dont trust this matress because of the source of the so called "high quality foam" ... show more

The mattress is pretty standard for a futon mattress, it'll get the job done. However we were very disappointed to see that ours arrived with two large holes in the stitching. I had to repair them myself because we don't have time to get a replacement before we need the mattress, plus that's a huge hassle with a big item like this. Not pleased with having to repair a new $200 item. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response. I will update if I receive support. *Update* Seller responded with an apology and gave a full refund within 24 hours. Increased review to reflect good customer service. Thank you. ... show more

    • Smelly Cat, What Are They Feeding You?
The reviews don't lie: this thing smells and will continue to smell until you douse it with Febreze like holy water in an exorcism, while turning a fan on it for about a week. Most of the smell is gone now, but I could also just be nose blind. The comfort is pretty decent. The cover is nice and well attached. The mattress itself seems well made; it did take a full 48hrs for it to full expand and even now, I'm not sure that what I'd designate as 6" really is 6". ;-) Fast shipping and it was easy to take apart. It's HEAVY/bulky. I picked it up from Fed Ex and had to load it by myself. Definitely eat your Wheaties before trying to pick this up solo. ... show more

Awesome shipping time! Got here 2 days earlier than expected. Good quality and feels durable! If it was for me, I’d want it to be a little softer. It’s very firm. But it’s for my bf for his bday and he loves it with all its firmness! So thank you very much!!
