The lavender scent is accompanied with a eucalyptus smell which I initially did not care for. Now I find that I enjoy it to open up sinuses which helps me relax with the lavender combination. The stick is simple to use. You can make the scent as strong or light as desired by moving the stick closer or further from your nose. I have used this product for 2 weeks and it smells just as fresh as when opened. It is a relaxing experience and I feel worth the money.

Very nice scent. I do wish it was stronger though. I have used other ones where the scent was so strong, I could hold it an inch or two away from my nose. With this brand, I have to hold it right up to each nostril to be able to get the scent. Maybe it’s just a personal preference, but as someone who uses these to help with disassociation, I really wish it was stronger to help keep me present.

Helps with anxiety

This really helps calm anxiety for my husband. After surgery, he was given one similar to this, and it worked well, so I searched for something similar and found this. I highly suggest looking into trying this if you suffer from anxiety and need help relaxing.
