Size: Same as a regular ice cream sandwich. Taste: The taste of the chocolate wafer covered the vanilla flavor of the ice cream. Texture: very similar to meringue. I would believe it if you tell me it is meringue. Price: I paid about $4.5 for one. That's very expensive compared to a generic brand ice cream sandwich from a local grocery store which is selling at $4.5 for a box if 12 ice cream sandwiches. I would not compare this to a regular ice cream sandwich. To me, it is an overpriced meringue with chocolate flavor. I enjoyed it but won't buy again because there are so many other cookies that taste better and offer more value for the price than this. Before I got these I never had freeze dried ice cream or astronaut food I bought these several times since and you just can't stop eating them they are so delicious I'm on a fixed budget and I just can't afford them anymore it's so sad, it's hard to describe the texture it just melts in your mouth when you bite it and of course the size it's the size of a ice cream sandwich ... show more

It's worth a try for the experience and to try something new but it just wasn't our favorite. Neither of my kids finished theirs but I don't regret buying them once. The taste was good and it's more like a cookie. The filling tastes more like a marshmallow. Still fun but just not our favorite

I would not recommend these. The freeze dried ice cream sandwich falls apart and pieces as it is like a cracker in consistency I Ithought I would try these to see what they’re like but they are not something that I will eat.
