Some of the bigger chunks were still a tiny bit dehydrated so I microwaved for 19 seconds but maybe my water wasn't hot enough. Expires in 2053. Mountain House Scrambled Eggs with Bacon hit the spot to start a morning camping. I didn't quite get the water ratio correct. But they still tasted good. I'd try them again since they were easy to pack and make.

Okay fast breakfast in under 10 minutes. I’m guessing that the bacon has provided the flavoring. I should note that this meal has a fair amount of sodium, 850mg, so if you are watching your sodium intake be aware. I found the eggs to be chewy which I did not expect. Overall an interesting experiment but I’m unlike to order this meal again. But if you are looking for a lightweight easy to prepare breakfast then this meal package could fit the bill. ... show more

    • Great for instant ramen
I use a few of these in a cup of instant ramen, and they are perfect. The ziplock bag makes it very easy to just take a small amount and leave the rest for later.
