I've recently upgraded to the JETCAT "Pro" Mountain Bike Handlebars, and I have to say, they’ve made a noticeable difference in my riding experience. Installation was pretty straightforward. I swapped my old bars for these in no time, and everything lined up perfectly with my existing gear. This bar replaced my son's older steel bar. Pros: - Lighter - Wider - Modern diameter allowed upgrading to a lighter neck - Cut marks allowed for accurate trim - Very sturdy as observed during the trimming Cons: - The graphic in the center 1/4" off center. We installed centered on the neck and found the bars measured 1/2" off to one side. Had the move over 1/4". Double checked it wasn't out trim. ... show more

They fit well and have a nice comfortable bend. I have deducted a star because the finish isn't very tough and they get scratched just from sliding the brake levers on and adjusting their position.

I am upgrading my son's bike and needed a new set of handlebars to replace the heavy steel bars it came from the factory with. These jetcat bars are a great budget option. They fit the 31.6" stem and are very wide. I ended up trimming them down to 720mm to better fit his reach. It was easy using a pipe cutter and the marks printed on the end of the bars. I also really like that these have an anodized black finish but don't have the brands logo printed all over it. Nice minimalist look. They seem well built and are lightweight alloy. ... show more
