    • Activation Issues
I bought this phone for my grandson. I knew it was locked to Verizon. That was fine because I was going to add it to my Verizon. Little did I know it was going to take me 8 hours to get it activated. I even took it to our local Verizon store to get help activating it. There I was told they couldn't unlock and activate it because I hadn't bought it there. After several frustrating hours, I was able to reach an actual person in Tech support. It took him about 15 minutes to get it unlocked and activated for me. Having said all that. Let me start off with the pros: Light weight, compact (not a super tall phone, fits easily into pockets), battery life is great, camera works well (takes good pictures, though definitely not perfect), charges quickly, is fairly priced for being a 2018 model, has lots of storage. Now the cons: Of course I said the camera is good (but the zoom itself is seriously grainy), the charger cord is also pretty short. Otherwise I dont have much to complain about. This is a pretty good phone for the price & works well for someone wanting a newer phone (but doesn't need all the fanciness of the iPhone 47 😂), and could also be a good first phone for a young person. I absolutely abhor this phone. It's nothing like my moto e5 which was much nice to work with. The one thing I absolutely hate about this phone is the Google Go thingy. That thing is horrible so I try not to use it. The worse thing is I can't uninstall the damned thing and I can't install the old one. Thanks alot google for forcing the lite google go down my throat. There are a bunch of other things I hate about this phone but there are so many things that I couldn't possibly write them in here. I am seriously debating myself about going back to my old moto e5. It was a far better phone but keep this number. My advice is don't waste your money on this piece of crap. ... show more

This phone operates at turtle speed. Super slow device. If you need a cheap and junky phone I guess it will work for a individual.
