The media could not be loaded. Initially I was a little bit dissatisfied with the device as I noticed they were a few blemishes including a screen burning for the T-Mobile logo. Naturally I contacted customer support with Amazon to ask them to refund to replace the item only from to find out that they're not able to replace it the customer service employee was very helpful and they offered me a one-time refund for the device and allowing me to keep it if I wanted to. Then I later tested all the functions including the camera the previous functions the only differences is that they don't have a gallery so you have to use Google photos which I'm already fine with that because I already used that. The quality of the camera is awesome you can do so many functions including folding the camera to a 90° angle and folding it back the quality does not change at all whatsoever and there are so many other customizations features that I have not figured out yet but it's awesome I'm 100% satisfied $250 is a very good pricing for this item. Not only that but the screen becomes very bright and very dark if necessary you can turn it up bright like a like a flashlight. This device is very functional it looks great as well the red looks very good on it I'm not a fan of red so I got a pink cover but most people if they got a clear cover it would look pretty cool. ... show more

Amazon A+ refurbished, exactly as described, works great, very happy with purchase!! This is a well made phone that does everything well. Screen is huge, no issues with folding screen, lots of options, easily fits in pocket, not heavy or bulky.

OK, I received this the other day. I took it out of the package. I kinda like walked around with it for a minute and then like opened it up and was looking at it. It is just not for me. It is so not use your family at all and I’ve seen a couple people where there were bends in it. It actually cracks right there so not to say that this one, but it’s just not user-friendly at all I have always had an iPhone not always. I had my last android was an S7 inch show. That’s how long it’s been. I will never go back to these again. I wish I never bought it. That’s why I’m returning It. ... show more

I loved this phone at first, but the front screen is so easy to crack. There was also an issue with the little hinge and sometimes when I try to close the phone it wouldn't close right. I ended up getting rid of it after about a year.
