Initially I was a little bit dissatisfied with the device as I noticed they were a few blemishes including a screen burning for the T-Mobile logo. Naturally I contacted customer support with Amazon to ask them to refund to replace the item only from to find out that they're not able to replace it the customer service employee was very helpful and they offered me a one-time refund for the device and allowing me to keep it if I wanted to. Then I later tested all the functions including the camera the previous functions the only differences is that they don't have a gallery so you have to use Google photos which I'm already fine with that because I already used that. The quality of the camera is awesome you can do so many functions including folding the camera to a 90° angle and folding it back the quality does not change at all whatsoever and there are so many other customizations features that I have not figured out yet but it's awesome I'm 100% satisfied $250 is a very good pricing for this item. Not only that but the screen becomes very bright and very dark if necessary you can turn it up bright like a like a flashlight. This device is very functional it looks great as well the red looks very good on it I'm not a fan of red so I got a pink cover but most people if they got a clear cover it would look pretty cool. ... show more

Great phone unfortunately I was under the impression that it had a factory heavy duty screen protector and didn't need one but I guess maybe that's what they had refurbished and I was sitting down and dropped it a foot and cracked the screen. So it's ruined and it was cheaper to buy another one than repair. Not from Amazon ... show more

Pixel burn in is super noticeable on white screens. As I'm writing this there is a big "razr" logo under my text and a Motorola logo below that. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Anything less than bright white hides the burned pixels completely, and dark mode solves it.

The 5 stars isn't exactly true. I've had it since September 2024 and was totally happy...until I wasn't. It did everything I hoped for until it developed a bright green line down the right side. I don't know if I have any kind of warranty on it because I got it refurbished. That's the chance I always take when buying repaired items but I hate my phone has been the only thing that didn't hold up. I will recommend Motorola flip phones though. ... show more

The phone came in perfect condition. I don’t like the phone due to the rubber on it. The razor 2023 has cheap rubber on it which already has a nick in it from putting the phone in my night stand. Sellers description was perfect. Phone works as expected.

So pretty. So cool. So quirky. So buggy. So not ready for prime time. Google Assistant does not work on cover screen. Period. No YouTube workarounds, no reverting to Android 13. NO. Calling the Moto Razr tech support line is a JOKE.
